Teleportation glitch

    I don't know if this is is fixable or if it has already been discussed but today I played a few games of sg as usual, I'm looking at the compass and I see the nearest person to me but he keeps getting further / closer to me pretty quickly (as in moving 50 blocks within a 2 second time period) which I thought was rather peculiar but I passed it off as a simple glitch of my Minecraft as it's been rather laggy recently anyways. I went on playing the game and after looting a few more chests I look at my compass and see the guy from earlier is the closest to me however he was approaching me at extreme speed so I switched to F5. There is just some guy teleporting around to get closer to me so of course I die. I've been told people are able to use this glitch by having their compass in their 9th slot and right-clicking it in 1.8.6/1.8 no optifine. Is this a glitch that can be fixed? It's kind of annoying seeing someone teleporting around during 1v1's as they have an unfair advantage.

    This is supposed for creative purposes like Minecraft Build. It comes with the world edit plugin. The compass allows you to get around pretty quickly. Left clicking teleports you to where you're looking at and right clicking allows you to teleport to the highest block. I guess the world edit plugin found its way into SG. At least there's no wooden axes in SG! :stuck_out_tongue:
