    Hey guys RioYR (With new awesome skin) and I will not be coming back until my new PC is set up and you'll find out here.

    So I started Minecraft on 1.4.7 (Old launcher before 1.6). And when it updated I saw that flans mod was up so I got it. Then 1.6 the new launcher came out and I quit mods. Soon it was just a normal green bar that would load up instantly. Then the 1.7 update. Everything was going smoothly until 1.7 when they replaced the green bar with a blue bar. It worked for about 1 day and loaded instantly. But the next day the blue bar was loading very slow (Would take about 5-20 minutes to load) and if I opened anything like recording or Google it would crash and sometimes even reboot my dad's PC. So I couldn't get any evidence that It was taking forever but when it loaded up, it worked fine. And if I closed it for a few hours it would work instantly again. That's when 1.8 came out and brawl updated to it. I started to play WarZ but I quit because my PC would randomly reboot but when I loaded it up again it was fine no crashes for the rest of the day. Then to this day (Yesterday) I was playing Brawl then BOOM! Another Reboot. But this one was worse, the PC wouldn't turn on so my dad went through a whole day fixing the PC he had to reset the PC's data and use the back up drive. He banned me from the PC until I came up with something to fix this issue or I wait for my new PC to get set up.

    So that's it. Please give me some advice as I had found no events of this happening on Google.

    I would recommend deleting any Mods you have and perhaps even reinstalling Minecraft.

    1st up a PC doesn't reboot randomly. There's always a reason (Out of Memory, System Update, etc.) .
    2nd clean up your minecraft folder.
    3rd Update all your drivers and other stuff related to MC. (Graphics card, Java, etc)

    I'd recommend taking it into stores like Best Buy to have a look at your computer. I've done that a few times before I learned myself.

    I'd also take these replies into consideration.

    Samething use to happen to me, but I fixed the problem myself. I cleaned out the files of my P.C (i.e Download folder, .minecraft folder, and etc.) So just clean out the folder of your P.C. And can you tell us the PC specs of your new P.C?
    That was very rude and ignorant. His dad isn't being strict he is disciplining him.

    This problem happend to many people who use forge. Mojang would fix it ASAP.

    I can't clear out my .minecraft file because data from the 1.6 launcher is still there and could corrupt the PC again. What I mean is that there is 1.5 data and 1.6-1.8 data in there still like my last login.

    Also IamRyanstar God picked my family. Thanks that I can pick my friends.

    By "blue bar", you mean the Forge loading bar?

    No. You know when you load up minecraft in the 1.8 launcher? There is a blue bar that goes up and it tells you when it's done. Normally it would load up instantly for you, but as for mine it takes forever it load up. And crashes other tabs like recording.
