Promote Viva to full mod

    To little moderators on HG.

    Viva looks fit for the position, I see him a lot and he records everyone I speak to him of.

    Hackers are becoming a big problem and nobody is fixing it..

    The higher-ups will promote Viva once he's ready. As for the hacker problem, a new anti-cheat was promised, so just wait it out.

    Also, any full mod can deal with a situation. You can count on them. People are applying for HG since the prefix on mod apps came out.

    If you see a hacker, it would help if you bring forth the initiative and report them with proof at brawl.com/report.

    Remember, moderators can't be on at all times. I don't think we need @Lord_Roke to explain this again.

    The more mods, the more time there'll be a moderator on. Viva is really active in-game, and promoting him would be an easy way to get a moderator on more often.

    We made a exception when we promoted the former MCPVP staff members to JrModerators and Moderators straight away, but from now on HG, CTF and Builds applicants will have to go through the same system like all other staff members. When Viva finished his trial stage, proved to be active and trustworthy and ran through a Hacker Quiz he might be promoted to Moderator, but that will require some time.
    There are other HG staff members and also Moderators with the power to ban permanently. As soon as the bug with joining running HG games is fixed, we will also be able to react to Ingame and Slack reports and ban hackers more efficiently.
    Please be patient, we can't set up a whole staff team and system plus 3 new servers in a few weeks.

    Welp, I said the same thing for S-Mod for @Lord_Roke , and my words were magical. Not going to comment on why this thread is wrong considering there's already 5 people on it.

    Viva is a great guy , i would like to see him a full mod but i think he needs to go threw the line of bureaucracy just like all other mods .
