    But i think you can change them,so the nameplates could change to Steve or something like that.

    I know you can remove names, Most people do recognize by skins, I can see this kit being a funny troll kit. I don't know about making perm tho.

    This sounds good, but it seems very hard to code. However I see this as a little buff to Rouge, so I'm not too sure about this

    That's sort of where I'm coming from, it's pretty much a buffed up Rogue.
    But I can see it having potential of being it's own kit if it changes nameplates/skins of players in the radius.

    Nametags off, hmm, I can see some hacker abuse tbh.

    First of all i love the name reference ! Im not sure if you are aware of Phone freaks or not ( Bill Gates , Steve Jobs and many many more used to be back in the payphone days )

    As for the idea i do like the concept just not the effect ! , coordinates changing does not really affect people unless they are searching for the feast ect.
    Disabling the compass is a nice idea i like that part
    Every skin becoming a steve is pointless honestly !
    Name tags disappearing is a nice concept although im not sure how compatible it is with coding !
    Kit items not working is the powerhouse function of this kit which is nice , ( keep in mind kit rogue does the same )
    The cooldown time is balanced to an extent although i think 2minutes for a 30 second period is more appropriate . In addition i believe that you need to classify if the 50x50 area is mobile ( is just an aura surrounding the player ) or is just a fixed square !

    The name is a reference to Watch Dogs(A hacking game)
    This kit is designed to be a anti-team kit, so the skin change is to confuse teams.
    And the 50x50 area is mobile.

    Kits have been removed in the past and added to different kits. I'm sure they'd do the same here if it was accepted.

    Very unique kit.. However I think this could be very abuseable with the large affected area and low cool down. Maybe change it to less powerful effects...

    I'm not sure if the 9999 coordinates will be possible, but great idea! Sounds a bit like rogue and madman to me though.
