What I like about build and what I dislike about build

Some of these issues will be fixed in the future. Remember, build is only in Beta!

However, I don't understand what you mean with #4. Also, the Build wiki will be up soon and will contain information regarding commands and such. I would suggest joining the Slack group to report spammers on Build. Just take a screenshot and send it in the chat-reports channel to get spammers muted. Also, this isn't an issue with the server, more so the community. The mods will always mute spammers when they are online, but two great build mods just resigned and several others did not continue over to Brawl.

I agree with points 1,2,4, however, when I am on I tend to notice that the chat is never too bad, except for the occasional immaturity. Also, while the commands may seem overwhelming at first, once you get used to them, you will like them.

 

I felt the same when I joined Brawl's Creative server for the first time, you will get used to it. (;

 

Even though they're almost the same thing, I'll miss creative very badly. And not because of the ranks or other things like that.. It's just- a lot of players are leaving because of build and it saddens me because a lot of them were my friends. They left because they tried build and didn't like it at all because of the commands and the new WE commands and worlds.

Not everyone will like the same thing.

I agree with some of these, we should hold off on judging it until its out of beta though o;

 

1. If you dislike the compass and emerald in your hot bar, delete them. When you are logging on to continue you build, before you grab your blocks, go to your survival menu and shift click the lite grey X on the bottom right. That will delete everything in both your hot bar and survival menu. Then you can pick your blocks.

2. You can fix these kinds of glitches with world edit.

3. Yes, it is very annoying when people want to have skin competitions. Personally, I find them annoying and pointless. Who cares? When on build, you may notice hard core builders turn their chat off so they can focus and not be bugged by spammers. This may not allow you to use world edit, but it also blocks advertisements, teleportation requests, and loud conversations in global chat.

4. I agree, they need to add a /help. Servers like this who don't use /help are annoying since /help is a universal command and it can direct players who typed in to IP 3 seconds earlier.

P.S. It is spelled opinion.

In beta, players are encouraged to report problems. Thats the point of Beta.
