Shotblock criticism with 2.0

Pros > Cons

 

You think people are going to complain about it? well, it won't be as much complaining as now :V

 

Pros: People will now stop being slightly less annoyed by people who shot-block

Cons: People will stand in one spot all game, strafing and complaining if they see you trying to take their kills.

There's more pros and cons but I'm fine with whatever they have in for us.

 

They shouldn't complain about shotblocking, you just have to walk past him.

 

It will be less complaining than we have now.

 

Ofcourse. There will always be mad people. But in this case, the pros far outweigh the cons and there will most likely be less rage than there is now.

 

If 2.0 is more like actual call of duty and not like how it is now, we'll be fine.

 

Have you ever played csgo? Obviously not.
You're bullets can go through teammates, but it's very rare to score kills by doing so, because it's so stupid and inefficient.

How did you come up with such an obscure complaint such as this...

 

When gun recoil was removed, a majority of the players complained.
When gun recoil was re-added, a majority of the players complained.
As you can see, almost no addition is un-controversial.

It is a very interesting change in my opinion: Right now you can kill a room filled with 10 players alone because they shotblock eachother (Which is quite unrealistic), but if you are able to shot through allied players, this will happen less likely. Additionally, you still can't see through allied players, so you can't really aim when shooting through them.

 

I would love to shoot players on my own team....or at least knee cap shot blockers so they hobble the rest of the game.

I like the idea of shooting through people. That's a great idea. +1

People will always find a way to complain/gripe about things. But I find this becomes more pervasive when they are given the opportunity to whine and gripe without public scrutiny. This occurrence usually happens when public approval of said gripe is higher than usual. And perhaps there is a greater chance of this happening because people, like the greedy bastards we are, vie for likes and comments so they can bask in their praise.

And yes, I agree with everyone here, if there wasn't enough evidence of this already. >_>

 

people will keep saying "hacker" because the person in front will be facing another way and then someone sneaking behind will shoot through...
