    In the books/films the game-makers would manipulate the games by releasing mutant creatures or causing various disasters. This could easily be incorporated into Hunger Games for an exciting experience.

    During the late-game when the total number of players has dropped these events could be announced and take place. Examples of possible events are random fires spawning around the player, acid rain which damages players if touched, a gas like cloud (made with particle effects) that spreads across sections of the arena and poisons players or even a hoard of wolves that attack the surviving players. There are a tonne of possibilities.

    I would like to point out this game is not based of the hungergames what so ever, The idea is cool and all but not for the game we play. This would kill traps and towering kits killing 50% profits for the server and destroy a lot of gameplay for people. Remember this is a fun deathmatch not an actual deathmatch.

    They wouldn't have to be insanely destructive, towers really wouldn't have to be broken as they wouldn't have to affect them. Stuff like wolf hoards wouldn't affect those that tower.

    Maybe this could bring in new kits that are invincible to wolves, gas and acid rain maybe, but I get what mafias is saying. This isn't survival games, it's more of a get what you get and try and survive, not, find chests to survive.

    This is a cool idea, but when McPvP came out with HG they intended it to be based off of the hunger games, but I don't think brawl wants to go that in depth. :smile:

    I like the idea of game events, something to spice up the gameplay, just not things as drastic as these. Maybe feasts would have random chances of different events (mobs/harsh weather), similar to how it was in Catching Fire. But it might just make the game a lot harder for new players, though it could open up new strategy/tactics.

    But if there's mobs/harsh weather it will be much harder to survive feasts in no soup, and new players who can't combo for nuts will die

    I don't like this idea, but it's a good one. It just changes the game way too much

    Actually, the idea game from the Hunger Games books (as mentioned by BadBoyHalo once). You realize the Hardcore Games used to be called Hunger Games?
