    Oh, Rugbe told me that war 2.0 would be out in September

    I asked the same question in-game on war, a guy named rugbe (I believe that was his name) told me war2.0 would be out in September)

    Since a smod told me this, I believe him, Rugbe was like 70+, I'm only lvl 62, I now believe @Lord_Roke

    Never believe the War community, or the community in general when it comes to stuff like this. They get one information from "staff" and post an false ETA.

    Inb4, comment about "I waited since X and still hasn't come. This is disappointing as hell."
    This is pretty much what happens when ETA's are set and stuff happens that delays it even further.
