Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -
I believe I am active in my opinion. I am regularly on the WarZ servers and occasionally on the Warfare servers (#9). I am on the forums every day for multiple hours, posting useful and helpful messages and threads. I am on the Teamspeak servers multiple times a week and for multiple hours per visit.

Which server are you applying for? -
I am applying for the MC-WarZ servers as these are the servers I am most active on.

How old are you? - I am 14 years of age. My birthday is October 16th, 1999.

What time zone are you in? - I am in the Eastern Time Zone. (UTC-05:00)

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -
I am adequately experienced with Minecraft. I have been playing for a year now and joined the Minecraft community during the version 1.2.5 when enchanting came out. I started out playing singleplayer worlds only. I gradually shifted to playing Reddit's Minecraft server. Later, I found a marvelous server called KyoshiCraft. I was a trusted player for a span of three months and was later promoted to moderator. I resigned voluntarily to expand my schedule to play the MPS community. I found the MPS servers in July of 2013 and started becoming a regular member on the server in late July. I found the forums and TS3 server in late September and have been a regular member ever since.

What is your experience with moderating servers? - I was a moderator for a span of three months on a server named KyoshiCraft (IP: 108.170.11.170:26013). I voluntarily resigned in late July of 2013 to expand my schedule and make more time to play WarZ.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I can provide another working, active member of staff who will be almost always contactable if needed. I am bilingual. My mother spoke French to me as a youngling and it caught on. I will be able to communicate with our French-speaking players. I am also learning C++ and Java from my father as he is a computer technician. I will able to help code custom plugins.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? -
I believe that I am extremely active. I am on almost everyday and play for several hours at a time.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3? -
I am on TS3 regularly and I am on for multiple hours at a time. I am usually in the Music/Recording section, but when I see a new player, I usually try to welcome them to the servers and help them with any questions they have.

How active do you consider yourself on the forums? -
I am an active member of the forums and I am on almost everyday and I regularly post 4+ posts a day.

What do you consider your greatest strength? -
My greatest strength is my dilligence. When seriousness is needed, I am able to confine my capriciousness.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? -
My greatest weakness is my personality. Some people will judge me because I am sometimes too rash and capricious.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -
I would privately message them and tell them what they were doing wrong. I would warn them to stop there and to refrain from doing it again.

How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -
I would privately message him and tell them what they were doing wrong once again. I would then kick them from the server with a reason explaining why.

How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? -
I would publicly tell them what they were doing wrong. I would then temporarily ban them and allow someone of higher authority to determine their consequences.

What is your reaction if someone publically proves you wrong on the forums? -
I would apologize for posting incorrect information and correct myself.

What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? -
I would reprimand them and tell them to refrain from doing it again.

When would you lock a thread? -
I would lock a thread when it veered off topic and it had no sign of veering back.

Describe yourself in 3 words: dilligent, organized, capricious

Describe yourself in 1 sentence: A dilligent adolescent who can be serious at sometimes and also fun to be around at others.

Anything else we should know about you? -
I am an African-American adolescent male who believes himself to be a regular member of the MPS community. I have an adequate knowledge on the basics of Java and C++. I am an energetic WarZ player and enjoy playing with teams.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? -
I would first take a screenshot. Then, I would privately message him, telling him what is happening to him. I would goad them to leave the map and return in the next match. If they refuse to listen to my warning, I would have no choice but to kick them from the servers. If they were in a situation where they could easily return back, I would ask them to return back in /msg. If they refused, I would take a screenshot and privately tell them the consequences of being O.O.M. If still refusing, I would kick them and post the evidence on the forums.

Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - I have a general knowledge of Minecraft plugins and commands. I was a moderator on KyoshiCraft for a span of three months and learned the majority of the important commands.

Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? -
I realize that being the rank of moderator is a privilege, not a right. I realize if I am disrespectful to the community in any way, I will be reprimanded and will face the consequences.
