You really can't take this off because I'm not technically breaking any forum rules.

    • Keep posts related to the main post at all times (Stay On-Topic).
Stay on Topic? Definition of Topic?
A subject of conversation or discussion

    Define Conversation?
Informal interchange of thoughts, information, etc., by spoken words ;oral communication between persons; talk; colloquy.
By spoken words, I didn't use spoken words.

    How about discussion?
An act or instance of discussing; consideration or examination byargument, comment, etc., especially to explore solutions; informaldebate.

    Okay, whats discussing?
To consider or examine by argument, comment, etc.; talk over or write about, especially to explore solutions; debate:

Any other rules I might be breaking? Post down, I'll disprove it. Until you fix this by the discussion I posted it can stay up, unless someone can "bypass" the rules and delete this by opinion. With that power it would be equal to that person deleting a reasonably good post.

You stated that this is a test post, shouldn't this be in the test posts section?

Nope, the (stay on topic) rule is too vague. As the entire post proved, it can stay here by definition.

Wait, the "Try" to bypass censor is one of the good ones, but could one say they didn't know about the censor?

It doesn't matter if they didn't know; that's just like murdering someone and claiming you weren't aware of the law.

You will be disabled from posting, never said the post itself could be deleted

So, if I murder someone, will they state the severity of my punishment within that law? Usually, the offence is judged based on how bad it's executed. A post that would be appropriate to delete should be deleted, there's no question about that. Picture it this way: Would I want a thread on my forum to be viewed by it's members if it is highly inappropriate and offensive? You should understand how rules don't always regard the punishments or how they are carried out. A rule states what is/is not allowed, not always what may happen after the offence is done.

See, but the rules don't give staff a power to judge the offence. Also even if someone is murdered, there are still only 3 types, first, second, and third degree murder.

First, second, and third degree murder, yes, but the punishment is usually carried out depending on the: severity, location, and situation. It's never a set thing.

I'm sure that I can get away with this. Unless 1. They change the specific rule itself that I'm breaking and make another rule that states any updates to the rules can be applied to previous posts that were created before the rule was. Or they can give staff the power to "Judge" the rule, which was my suggestion in my previous forum post "Loopholes"

You falsified your own point, it is always a set thing, but it is set to a huge variety of options.

I really don't understand - we do have the power to judge the severity of your actions, not to mention you just bypassed the cuss filter in your title.

False. I can mute someone for 5 minutes if it's spam, but kick them for 7 days if it's a DDoS threat. I can judge them differently. If they have been repeatedly threatening, it could be a ban. If it's repeated spam after a warning, it's a longer mute.

    My moderator perms.

The rule doesn't need to be specific for it to violate Brawl's policy. Remember, the administration has final say and will apply their judgement to what constitutes as a forum violation. This is a Minecraft website, not a U.S supreme Court.

I know I bypassed it also, but the rules still didn't say that It will be taken down, I will be given a number of points, but I think that's worth for fixing a huge loophole in the rules.

Can you give me all of the staff perms?

And is it available to the public?

Look, this is pointless. There is not point to this post other than to be a rebel. I would know I am also a teenager...
At this point its farming post, which is against the rules. To set and stone the judge gets to decide the punishment if they please, but they also have to have reasoning for it. So just either stop posting or disable the thread.

See, what I just said was that there isn't a post or rule that states that any staff can judge, but Striker said there was, I never seen such a thing which means its not available for public

And since striker here gets to use analogies, my counter argument for that would be that its like a state hiding a a law that gave the senate, or some other political power to kill African-Americans on will that were not aware of?

Well anyways the point of this forum post is to either give staff certain powers to judge rules, or to make those staff powers available to public. If it is then it was my bad for not reading every rule/or forum post. If it is available to public, post those staff perms to the rule post.

Spam: irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet to a large number of recipients.
Would you consider the few amount of people reading this as a "Large" number of recipients?
