I recently came across a site called csgoskins.
On this site, you get a free spin each week which you use on a virtual slot machine. With the credits you win you can withdraw skins from the website, you can also deposit skins for extra credits although i would not recommend that as i feel like the slot machine is rigged. (You nearly always win on your free spin but if you continue and bet your actual credits you lose most of the time).

Now, when you want to deposit / withdraw skins, you click on the clutch boss button, where you should see a bunch of buttons like BOT #1, BOT #2, BOT #3 etc. These are their trading bots. To get a skin, you click on your desired bot (they all have different skins on their account) and send them a trade offer with your desired item equivalent to your credits. Some items have a different value on steam and on the site so check if you can afford it on the site before you request it. After you sent a trade offer, the item will pop up on the site, and then you click "withdraw" for the bot to accept the trade.
