Legit way to make your chests immune to X-Ray

Trust me that is not true. I have used xray on other servers as a test (I was allowed) and this doesn't work. Also you have to know a thing called a red stone finder. Basically all it sees is redstone and chests (including chests with minecarts).

 

Well all I'm saying is that I used x-ray before and I still saw those chests with minecarts using the redstone finder.

 

What sinister is saying-
2 different mods (hacks)
xray
redstone finder

xray: makes it possible to see through blocks and make other ones visible through the earth (simplest explanation)
redstone finder: makes it possible to see minecarts with chests, minecarts, and things of that nature.

 

Xray allows you to see entities through walls.

 

Can confirm that x-ray, chest finder and x-ray texture packs do see minecart chests. I wish people just wouldn't use x-ray so I wouldn't have to worry about finding a way to make chests invisible to x-ray.

 

You already can, just mine coal ore with a silk touch pickaxe and build it around your chest.

 

The player using x-ray can just toggle coal to invisible.

 

Embed it in every ore then.

 

Still, every block in the game is toggleable on an x-Ray client.

I would say.
Go to the nether
go under a lava pool
get minecart chest
win

Before the map update I did this, and I am almost 100% sure I got tracked lots of times by xrayers
they did not find me tho. MOST xrayers do not turn lava off, so hiding under a lava pool is perfect.

 

i have a 4 layer anti xray base on my factions base

Coal ore, Iron Ore, lava, and obsidian

then i also use minimal space, no torches, and lava to light my base.


My claimed bases are water/lava bases with the lava and water seperated with obby so once someone hybrid cannons an breaks obby, the ovvy is replaced with another piece of obby
and for enderpearlers there's holes on the top that make you fall 70 blocks

plus wither raiding's really hard when there's water/lava

theres also chest finder mod


that finds every base in a second becausse of the coding in the chunk for every block

so if theres a chest anywhere in the world it can see it

 

And this is why being a pvp mod is so hard, people love their xray...

 

Here is an idea
Don't make your base underground?
Make it out of chests in the sky at building limit then mine down your tower and set a warp on the chests. that's what I do. It's not x-rayable and you can't find it without being tracked.

I've found this very useful....

 

Wouldn't a donkey with a chest on it work better? Hackers could still use mob esp or x-ray it, but at least those who use chest finder clients wouldn't find it.

 

i play on factions and the best way to hide skybases is to put them at max hight and put signs on the top of the base and make it in the desert biome so anyone using the minimap mod or just a map cant see it at all
