How to turn up your gamma :V

    So some people couldn't really see well in the night time maps because their brightness settings aren't high enough so yeah.

    Go ahead and launch mc

    There would be an options.txt somewhere in there, open that up

    It should look like this ^^

    Then delete the 1.0 gamma and change it into a higher number :stuck_out_tongue:

    Does it only change the highest setting of gamma or does the lowest have to be extremely bright as well?

    when you put your gama up than you can see more or (more light no darkness)?
    if yes than i would know another way to see more (idk if its more complicated)

    Your brightness settings would be turned up higher than the limit. But if you try movin it around the settings, it would go back to normal.

    if you just play with hight brightness and never change it i would know another way so that you have all the time a high brightness without changing the gamma
