    So, it goes like that.
    You have to get 10/10 for a perfect +1, 8/10 for +1, 7/10 for +0, rest is for -1.

    I just wanted to post it here.

    1. 1k messages.
    2. TS3 activity during my time zone (may skip this).
    3. Level of maturity that is higher than 3rd of our staff.
    4. Posts that make sense and are not spam.
    5. ZERO forum bans.
    6. Must be here for 1.5+ years.
    7. Must have a correct opinion and a political orientation on stuff that happens on Brawl.
    8. Mustn't act like a wannabemod or impersonate a staff member.
    9. Has no bans on the record.
    10. Has an IQ below 10.
    11. Must be publicly recognized and his/hers existence must be acknowledged by me.
    Alternate accounts receive an automatic -1.

    I, too, look for staff with the IQ of a newborn child :v

    Higher IQ > Lower IQ

    Other than that those are all good qualities. However, I don't feel you have to be in the community for 1.5 years to be a good staff member.
    I was promoted after 4 months :v

    I love the 'maturity level higher than a third of our staff' bit the most, though.

    But I won't ever get staff nor do I want it.

    You didn't really type this is a professional manner , and I disagree on "No bans" as mistakes happen by users and by staff

    I like staff with bans. I think they are better at catching Hackers.

    In the long run,you don't want the smartest people being staff....they won't last long. You need a bunch of average people who are good at following ordwrs.
