Warz 2.0

This thread is honestly pointless and lacks constructive criticism to tell Chickenputty how to manage the development.

 

Not sure if you understand the magnitude of the coding problem.
New versions of War were promised 2 years ago and haven't been worked on from what everyone can tell.

you can blame brittan for that sure, but still, stuff is being done, whether or not you like what currently is being done, stuffs being done.

 

Just stop complaining about updates and stuff like that. They won't change anything if you guys keep raging. It's really hard to hold up a server with 1000+ people a day. Just quit this if you don't like it.

 

Until I see a project time line with dates, we have no clue what is being done.

 

How and why honestly would you know and or care what other developers are working on. It's none of our business whether or not 2.0 comes out today, or next July. We must be patient. I'm sure it'll come out in a short amount of time, but that's not by rushing admins to finish up.

 

Well, we do have a right to care, but nobody should bash others for it. It basically reflects to TV shows - we always beg for the season 2, but we can't blame anyone for reasons it's delayed. We have no choice but to wait. Sure, we can complain, but what's that going to do? The Dev team is already aware of our demands.

 

Ok one thing. If you are talking on the new GAMEMODE then you have a point. If you are talking about updating the current WarZ, I don't want an update for the current WarZ. It already is messed up enough and I am scared to see what another update would do.

 

Stuff is being done that nobody actually wants.

You can't judge by peoples opinions , coding a ton of updates takes time as you may debug your code then run in to one error then run in to another 10 they could easily rush this as War Z has the core features done however it wouldn't be as good . Show some respect at least they told you War Z 2.0 was coming they never set a release date.

 

Lol, WarZ 2.0 is basically mirroring the release of DayZ Standalone Beta...

 

Well War Z aimed to be a Minecraft version of Day Z

Just leave warz for an even worse game Csgo, all they ever do is update the skins and maps, the bombplant hotbox is broken and just hit boxes in general. Look the point I'm getting to is it is harder than it looks to code, they're taking there time to ensure your expectations are met, hell if you've been waiting for 2 years that's a good sign. Just because @chickenputty hasn't released any info doesn't mean it hasn't been worked on. Just give it time
