What is your in-game name? - Halo_.


Have you changed your name in the past? If you have, please list them. - Original name was HaloGearsKiller, until I changed it to Halo_ about 6 months ago.


Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account? - No one has access to my account and no one ever will.


How old are you? - I am currently 19 years of age.


What time zone are you in? - Central Standard Time (CST).


Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - My most fluent language is English and I can speak a little Spanish.


What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I first started playing Minecraft in 2010 on a very cheap laptop. I got 5 FPS “Frames per second” at all times. Even with a horrible computer I continued to play Minecraft on it for the next 2 years. In those 2 years I learned pretty much everything there was to know about Minecraft, until mid 2012 I started to play on multiplayer servers. I realized single player wasn’t the only way to play Minecraft. I started playing on all these servers and at the time my favorite server was based off “Hunger games”. After a solid 3 years of playing Minecraft I took a break that lasted a little over a year. I decided to come back after seeing my brother, “Ultrapunisher97” playing Minecraft a lot. I joined and started playing on the server he loved playing on which was Brawl. I started to play Survival a lot and couldn’t get enough of it, until I realized Brawl had other servers such as Party, War and WarZ. I then became more involved with the community signing up on the forums on Sep 16, 2014. I started getting on TeamSpeak a lot and started to communicate with these players on Survival I only use to type to in-game, I was amazed with Brawl’s community. I had Never been involved in a community before Brawl, I then realized how amazing Brawl was and how much I wanted to be apart of it in the most Positive way possible.


What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I was once a moderator on a server back in early 2013. I wasn’t a moderator on the server long though as the server was shut down after about 5 months. I was also a mod on Brawl for about 4 months from the time period of January - April of 2015. During that time period I was very helpful towards any member in need of it. I would watch out for hackers and record and report them if possible. I knew all the commands and still do. I know what it takes to be a great moderator, such as always being available to help anyone at any moment. Always being ready to record and report a hacker, and always moderating chat for disrespect/questions from players.


What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status?- I will provide Brawl with another helpful and effective moderator. I will be ready at all times to answer any questions someone has for me. I will help extinguish all flame/disrespect in-game or on TeamSpeak. My name on TeamSpeak say’s “PM For Help” I don’t help people cause I feel like I have to. I help people because I truly want to. I try to make Brawl a fun and enjoyable place for everyone. I would be another kind and helpful moderator on Brawl’s staff team.


Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I have never used a hacked client on a multiplayer server. I did however Download hacks and use them in single player world, only to get a better idea of how to identify them. I then deleted the hacks from my computer, and have never re-downloaded them. I would never use a hacked client on any multiplayer server against other people. It is wrong and distasteful.


Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have never been perm banned on a Minecraft server before. I have been Temp-banned from Brawl a few times a very long time ago. They were because of my immature acts back in the day, though I have since then matured greatly.


What do you consider your greatest strength? - I consider my greatest strength my calmness and patience, I have always been fairly calm at all times. No matter if someone is flaming at me or trying to get under my skin I feel as if I have the calmness to relax and respectfully ask them stop. If they did not I would merely just ignore them. I also have the patience to answer anyone’s question no matter how difficult or long it will take.


What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness has always been the same, I am not very active in public channels. I do join them from time to time but I feel more comfortable in private channels. If anyone ever needed me though they could simply message me on TeamSpeak and I would get back to them very quickly. Once someone messages me on TeamSpeak I usually answer them right away or 2 min after they have messaged me. Either way I respond to all questions very quickly.


How active do you consider yourself on Brawl? - I am fairly active on Brawl seeing as I spend pretty much all my free time on Brawl’s servers. I also check the Brawl forums many times throughout the day looking at the most recent threads and browsing for new members. I try to welcome a lot of new members giving them someone kind and helpful they know they can go to if they were to ever have any questions. I’m also almost always on TeamSpeak, If you see me in-game or on the forums you’ll have a good shot of seeing me on Brawl’s TeamSpeak. I try to be very active in all 3 fields seeing as all 3 are very important.


Which Brawl servers are you most active on? - I am most active on Brawl’s WarZ server. To me it is the most entertaining server Brawl has to offer I never seem to get bored of it. You will see me on WarZ about 60% of the time. The second server I am most active on is Survival. I spend a lot of time on there just running around spawn answering people’s questions. I also hang out and chill on there with old and new friends. You will see me on Survival about 30% of the time. With the other 10% of my time you will see me on a variety of Brawl’s different servers, Such as Party, SGG, SG, War, CTF, Creative, SkyWars, MineSrike and KitBrawl.


How many hours can you provide a day and during what time frame? - On the days I work I can provide up to 5-6 hours on Brawl’s servers, 2-3 hours between 12pm - 3pm CST and 2-3 hours between 12am - 3am CST. On days I have off from Work I can provide up to 8-10 hours, ranging somewhere between 4pm - 2am CST. I can also provide up to 5-6 hours a day on Brawl’s TeamSpeak server seeing as I will always be on it if I am in-game. I check Brawl’s forums frequently throughout the day while I am online in-game, and sometimes when I am not online in-game.


What would you do if someone breaks a rule in-game? - It depends on the rule that was broken, for example someone is flaming in-game. I would ask them to please stop your flaming it will not be tolerated. If they continue to flame I would then mute them for [X] amount of time. Depending on how severe the flame was I would clear the chat as well.

If they continued to flame after there mute I would just mute them even longer until they calm down and learn their lesson. If I see someone hacking in-game I will start recording them right away and then report it and notify a Mod+ of the situation to handle further.


What would you do if someone breaks a rule on the forums? - Also depends on the rule they broke, for example if someone were to flame on a thread in my section of the forums I would simply un-approve their comments and then leave it to a Mod+ to handle. If someone grave dug an old thread I would just report it with the “Report” button, same thing if someone where to post something in the wrong section of the forums. I feel like I have a pretty good idea on how to handle any situation that occurs on Brawl’s forums.


What would you do if someone breaks a rule on TS3? – Ex. If someone where to scream into there microphone I would ask them to stop, if they continued I would then mute them for [X] amount of time. If someone where to play music in a public channel I would ask them to stop, if they did not I would move them to the music and recording channel. If they came back and continued to play music I would mute them for [X] amount of time. Another Ex. If someone had a inappropriate TeamSpeak avatar I would move them to the Private support/ Jail channel and ask them to remove it, If they refused to I would contact an S-mod to remove there avatar for me. If an S-mod is not on I would temp-ban them for 30 min, reason “Inappropriate avatar”. I would continue to do so until an S-mod could get on to assist me. I generally know how to handle any situation that occurs on Brawl’s TeamSpeak server.


Situation (as a staff member): You log on Brawl, and you’re told that there is a huge, game-breaking economy glitch. No Admins are online to solve the situation. What steps would you take to handle the issue? – I would start by trying to figure out which players are abusing the glitch, then I would ask them to stop. Letting them know that what they’re doing is not allowed. If they continued to do it anyways I would then start to kick each player abusing the glitch for 5 minutes, If they still continued to abuse the glitch I would kick them for 1 hour. As soon as things have calmed down I would then proceed to try and figure out how this glitch occurred so that when the Admins get on they know right away why It occurred which can hopefully speed up the process of resolving the glitch.



How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - This will be my 4th application posted.


What is the date of the last application you submitted? - December 29th, 2014.


Do you have a working microphone? - Yes I do, I have a Logitech G430.


Are you able to record and upload videos? - Yes I have a Macintosh laptop, which already comes equipped with a screen recorder called QuickTime. I also have a YouTube channel where I can easily upload all possible hackers.


Do you generally know how all the staff member commands work? - Yes I do and any I don’t know I can quickly learn.


Anything else we should know about you? - I truly look forward to rejoining Brawl’s staff team whenever that may be.

I hold no grudges towards any staff member or previous staff members. I realized that it was my fault. I could of made much more of an effort to resign and be stripped of my moderator position on M4. I realized all this just a few days after my demotion from Brawl. The staff team on Brawl did what they thought was best for the situation, and I respect that. I only hope to be given a second chance.
