I honestly can't type one thing without a few kids (yes, kids since most of them say their age and are typically egotistical 12-year-olds) raging at me and constantly saying rude comments. It's quite sad seeing the community of brawl nowadays since about 2 years ago it was a great community and almost nobody would purposefully try to insult another player. If only some of the players weren't so toxic.... I honestly couldn't even help one guy out in war without having 7 different people call me a noob. Glad to have the knowledge of knowing who I am though. Back on topic. Regardless, I'm very disappointed in most of the community and where it's going. Personally, I think the community was worse towards during the summer since almost everyone was on then. Now that school's started these rude kids can't get on as much, so the community is ever so slightly less rude.
All I'm saying is that I miss the good old days when you could have a fun conversation with someone and generally not have to worry about arguing with some other player. WarZ has the worst community by far, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. War is a close second, and quite frankly, I can't think of anyway to fix it.

Before I finish typing, I would like for every rude person to watch this video, as it describes perfectly what they say:

War is actually fine once you've seen warz's community, which is a macrofest of people who are corrupted with the unquenchable thirst to insult people.

    Let's see the aspects here:

    - MCPVP transfer: now before anyone goes off on me, let's say that a whole new server arrived here. Their home was taken away from them and they were moved to a new place. There's going to be complaints, regardless of what cause. Like it or not, this is one of the leading factors to these threads.

    - WarZ: we all know the community is down the hill and will continue to go that way.

    - Recent drama with staff: this involves not only Brawl but MCPVP communities. All of us have experienced rather controversal situations regarding staff. This can include false bans, resignations, demotions, and arguments from within the staff team. These factors have caused rant threads.

    - Lack of updates: yes, we have been getting some dates lately, but in the long run, we have been behind schedule. Rants have been made for almost two years now regarding 2.0. People have left/quit or have been taking long breaks due to this.

    - War: If you played in 2012 there was only 1 thing negative - the spawn. Yeah, it sucked. Anyway, in 2013, that was the best. 30+ players each server, compliments, no "OP" clans that "dominate" newer players, etc. 2014-2015... the community turned to worse insults than just "noob" or "bad"... people get hit off, people hack, people glitch... it's just not how it used to be. The community just went downhill. Still, it's not near the likes of WarZ.

    - and because of this...: these issues can cause even more people to leave. As you noted - the community is getting worse. Many people leave, make threads or take breaks because of the community. It's a cycle.

    So yeah.

    The community isn't becoming horrid.

It has always been horrid, or at least since Brawl became popular. When servers become popular, they attract mindless idiots who have a tendency to poison communities.

On the topic of WarZ specifically, that server has always been awful since day one. It's the nature of the game, sadly. A player will spend hours looting chests only to get killed by another player, which in turn creates tension. Additionally, think about all the teaming, hacking, sh*ttalking, and DDOSing, that happens, and just try to imagine the sheer hatred that is built up from all this. WarZ has been regurgitating this toxicity all over the forums for a long time. It has caused a lot of issues, and has even been known to corrupt players (including staff). As far as I know, there is no way to fix the state of the WarZ community without changing WarZ itself to the point where it's not even the same game.

    Love that clip...Classic.

I look at it like this. Any time you keep score and have people kill each other things are going to flare up and some will be retards.

    It's a game, here's a Skully and an Orange Crush...go blow some sh*t up.

    Feel better?

Go knock some donuts out of some fat developers hands and the also helps.

I don't play a whole lot of War and WarZ but from what I've seen, I can see your point. Although people can be rude and in some cases toxic, I feel like the majority rises over the minority. (The minority bring the toxic players.) These players start up arguments causing the majority to react which can lead to flame wars and foul language. In my opinion (since we are all welcome to our opinions) is that the majority of the players on Brawl are really nice once you get to know them, blah blah blah is 6am I don't feel like going into huge detail. Apart from that? Yep, the community has its bad side but I believe that it's not the whole community that is horrid.

No need to announce that you reported it. I don't think you want extra attention drawn towards you.

Could a rant about the negativity in the community :v

As I previously said, the best way to sum up my article is that the majority of the communities are equivalent to landfills; WarZ having the biggest. I personally don't consider this thread a negative thread, I'm just being realistic.

It's a bunch of kids with anonymity on an ultimately meaningless block game that promotes competition and trash talk, what did you expect, happy happy rainbows?

Not exactly. I expected a FAIRLY mature community. Not one full of 10-year-old raging snobs that will DDOS someone over getting killed once in war or warz...
I've played WarZ (and thankfully quit) and I occasionally play War. The WarZ community honestly couldn't get any worse. War's community is slightly more tolerable but still has me awestruck as to how many people are actually rude on there. In my opinion, War used to have the best community!

Your perception on the past community as a dandy folk people happens to be false. In reality, the community was always ****ty, from the beginning of Chap's kitpvp server to the Brawl Network. Were people rude, insultive, hacking, and cheating back then? Absolutely. Are people still rude and awful today? Definitely.

As a community grows over a time period, the actual problems surrounding a community only becomes more noticeable. The community today has made you see problems that have existed since the beginning of time (not literally). The community of the past unintentionally hid its problems far deeper, where only few people had the intellect to notice it.

P.S. No, I will not watch that video, because I would be wasting 34 seconds of my life on something that would have no impact on me as a person. Neither is it of any relevance to me.

War never really had a good community at least not until the ray gun came out. I remember you as a ray gun user from that familiar name and you were one of many who made War a less enjoyable server. But that's okay, everyone contributed to it.

That's not my perception whatsoever. I'm simply saying that the community was far better since there were less hackers, trash talkers, and insulters way back in the day. That may have been implied, but that's not my intentions. I'm legitimately curious to know how long you've played on Brawl, as you seem to have joined rather late.

Trash talking happens in every community, doesn't mean its bad. It only takes half a second to type "eZ", its not a hassle to say and a shortened version of the word "easy" shouldn't exactly be a hassle to deal with.

I hope you're aware that's not the issue I'm talking about. I couldn't care less if someone called me ez after I killed them...
