    ~Rules and Regulations~
    ~We reserve the right to change these rules, add new rules, or remove rules when we feel it is appropriate~​

    Build Specific Rules:
    1. No Griefing
    2. No (Nether) Traps
    3. Do not exploit or abuse glitches (this includes out of map issues). Glitches should be reported to their respective forum immediately after being discovered.
    A list of general rules can be found here. These general rules apply to all servers, including Build.


    Things you can be punished for (Examples):
    1. Spamvertising Skin Competitions,
    Player: Tp to me for a skin comp! 0/6
    Player: Tp to me for a skin comp! 1/6
    Player: Tp to me for a skin comp! 2/6
    Player: Tp to me for a skin comp! 4/6
    and so on...

    2. Griefing - if caught, players will be kicked for 24 hours. This will come into effect on March 31st.

    3. Creating Nether Traps, and trapping people, will easily get you temporarily banned (Or Permanently depending how many times you've done it.)

    4. Chat flood,
    Player 1: Dooora!
    Player 2: Dooora the explorer!
    Player 3: Dooora! Dooora!
    Player 4: Dooora is my explorer!
    (and this keeps on going...)

    Failure to comply with these rules will result in punishment,or complete banishment from the community.

    Overall, please try to follow the MCBuild Rules. This thread was created so that players can have a quick reference, without have to leave their map. It is also for Moderators to give to players - if said players fail to follow the rules accordingly.


    Server Tips:



      • Type /a or /g before a message to speak in Global Chat.
      • Type /map to see a Menu of all maps that you have permission to.
      • Using /perm [Name] [Rank: Visitor, Member, Manager, or Banned], will allow you to accordingly give/remove permissions to/from people on your map. Please do not perm people you do not know and or trust!
      • You can remove permissions from a player with /revoke.
      • Please, do not create a thread when you beat the parkour. Post them Here.

    Just a quick question


    If we reported "Spamvertisers", would we tag them as "Spamvertisers" or "Flooders"?

    Just say spamming, and screenshot it if you can. I'll take a look and go from there.

    Is it ok if we spamvertise every 5 mins? Like so it won't fill up the chat. Say something and then wait 5 mins. Skin comps for example.

    One other thing: Don't bypass censor. I've seen a lot of that happening and it's so annoying.
