poll on brawls government over mcpvp serverz

learn to code then apply for dev so you can fix it, i forgot how ez it was

 

TBH with some 7 coders it's amazing that nothing has gotten done except wild west and CTF. No war 2.0, no new game modes, no fixes for the McPvP HG server, SG, going down... There's no more excuses.

 

Let the flames..... begin!

 

Not only that, 2 of them are focused on MCPVP gamemodes 100%

 

Of the 7 coders, I would call three of us active and one of us partially active.

- Joe is at college and has no time
- I am at college
- Redstoner is at uni
- Sig has school
- Mario has school
- Penor doesn't code
- Brittan rarely codes

 

Okay. I get it except for this.
Where did Penor go? and if Brittan can't code and can't be admin, maybe he should be fired or at least not be paid.

 

I have found that McPvPers are very impatient. Here is why it has been taking a while. If you guys don't just play HG all day you'll realize that the servers Build, CTF, and HG were lets just say "adopted" from McPvP. All three of those games were in beta and the quest begins to get them out of beta. If you were a Develepor you'd know that it takes more than 1 day to fully code a game or fix a lot of bugs/glitches. So, you guys are all like "CMON LETS GET HG OUTTA BETA" and the Develepors are stuck here without a thing to say because it takes a boat load of time to do the things y'all want. They got CTF out of beta. Next is Build. Then it will be HG. Just have some patience and maybe it'll go by faster. Sorry if this is weird in any way.

 

Here's the problem:
BUILD BEFORE HG. REALLY. Like 5 people play build regularly (okay it's more like 20 but whatever). Like 100 play HG. Build is a utility server. HG is a game mode. WHY ARE YOU NOT PRIORITIZING THE SEVER THAT MAKES A CRAPTON OF MONEY.

HG is going to require pretty much a straight up re-code. Getting Build out of beta is pretty simple.

 

Optimism. It's your superpower.

 

Developes are paid by the project. Not by the hour/day like chickenputty or other admins.

 

Yeah and there is creative even.
There is no hg alternative, IT WAS TAKEN DOWN ;-;

Also calm down with the red underlined stuff real obnoxious tbh.

 

Don't trash build without it there would be no new CTF maps.

 

It's already out of beta, get the rest out first before working on those.

 

Exactly that's why I don't understand why they are trashing build.

 

I don't think you get my point or theirs. My point is that CTF is already out of beta, so attention should be given to the gamemodes not out of beta yet, so no new maps should be added until the rest is out of beta. Their point is that HG is more important than Build, which I agree since Build is like creative, I don't see the point in getting a server which already has something like it out of beta before an original gamemode

 

In all fairness, mcpvp couldn't fix all those problems in 4 years. The coders have their own lives and complaining's not going to fix it. If you want to make a real difference, do what Nom did and learn to code.
