    It varies from workout to workout. Leg days are usually the shortest days taking around an hour to and hour and 15 min. Push and Pull workouts take between around an hour and a half though for me. I also like to try and do some type of cardio which is usually playing basketball.

    I would assume you would just put it back in the toaster....

    People like to categorize "Clean" foods and "Dirty" foods. Such as Chicken being "Clean" food and Pop-tarts being "Dirty" food. Yes chicken would be a better option cause you would be consuming a good amount of protein which is essential in building muscle. You can eat "Junk" food though and nothing but junk food and still lose weight. It's all about your calories in and calories out, Burn more calories then you consume. If you would like to go much more in to detail cause I easily could but that would be a lot to type up, Talk to me on TeamSpeak.

    You can always make room for Pop-tarts. :stuck_out_tongue:

    My 1 rep max is 270. The average 1RM on bench for a freshman is high school could be anywhere between 85 pounds all the way up to 205 pounds, it truly depends on the person. As to your other question building muscle on your legs isn't the most efficient way to gain speed. The best way to gain speed is to do sprints, usually 40 to 60 yards. Do this over and over and you will increase your speed. biking for long hours will increase your endurance.

    Fit, as in "ripped" and strong, Sadly no. You are always burning calories though no matter what you are doing.

    One of your numbers are off, if you truly are (5"10 135 lbs) then your body fat percentage would be much lower. Swimming and climbing are great exercises to burn calories 2 of the best, but no, muscle does matter. If you don't work your abs out and just lose your weight you probably will not see them at 8-11% body fat. Swimming works out your abs great though and is also a great way to burn calories.

    Some great "Healthy" snacks would be fruit and veggies. You don't have to do that though, you can have some sour patch kids or sugary snacks just in moderation. People tend to always have more then they should but you can still have your favorite things just in moderation.

    Not the most optimal choice, but you could eat McDonald's for the rest of your life and continue to lose weight/gain muscle. It's very possible.

    That's awesome! I've heard of some pretty strong people and if you can bench press over 205 at 14 or 15 that's pretty impressive.

    Can't ever skip leg day bruh, here is why.
    I don't do CrossFit cause I'm more into bodybuilding, CrossFit looks amazing though.

    I'm not ripped at all at the moment, I can show you pics of when I was cutting if you wan't. I am currently "Bulking" though, a word body builders use pretty much implying that I am in a calorie surplus. Which means I am currently trying to build muscle and gain size, it's only possible to do that in a calorie surplus.

    No such thing as "Negative" calories, calories are the same no matter what food it is.

    I'm 13 years old and i'm not really interested in really lifting weights and stuff. I am 5'9 and i'm 140. I am not the type to be super dedicated to something, but i wouldn't mind eating healthy foods and doing a little workout. I was wondering if you could give me some tips on what i should do to lose like fat on my body?
