    Type in Google "Caloric maintenance calculator" then figure out how many calories you should be consuming a week to lose weight. Losing weight isn't a race it's a marathon so don't be in a hurry to lose 15 to 20 pounds or however much you are trying to lose. I would recommend losing about 2 pounds a week. That way you know majority of what you are losing is fat instead of muscle. As for a nice light workout you could just play a game of basketball, Football, Soccer or baseball. You could ride a bike go on a jog anything that you prefer. Be active in some way for up to 45-60 min a day.

    I took my last mile when I was 13 and I got a 7 minute 5 seconds is that good?

    7 min and 5 sec for a 13 year old, Yes is a good time. It's above average.

    Would sprinting about 60meters(about 66-67 yards I believe) 3 times a day for a month make me run way faster?

    Average mile for a high school freshman? My personal best was 5:57 over the summer.

    I would increase the sprints to somewhere between 10-12, then shorten the days to about 6 times a week. Also try to incorporate some light resistance training, doing these things will definitely increase your speed.

    I'm not super educated in things like that at the moment but I would say that's way above average, seeing as the average healthy 17-21 year old person runs a mile in about 6:30.

    Use google and type in "Caloric maintenance calculator" from there you will see how many calories you should roughly be consuming to stay at the same weight. Now just take that number and remove about 2-300 calories off of it, So if your number was 2,600 calories start consuming 2,300 calories instead. Do this for a week (Make sure you weigh yourself at the beginning of the week though) and if you don't notice a difference in your weight by the end of the week after stepping on the scale, lower the calories another 100. As for "Healthy" foods just try your best to eat things like chicken,rice,veggies,fruits,fish those are some great sources of protein and carbs. You can still eat things like chocolate and stuff just make sure you count up your calories correctly. Also make sure you are getting in at least 45 min of some type of activity 5 days a week.

    Alright then I dont know what it is with my school/friends because Im on the slower side my friend runs in the 5:15-5:30 area :V
