Zone 7 in each map

TBH I like the idea: it would open up some zone 5's and 6's for whitenames.

 

Yea I´ll give it a +0, BUT if there were new items to be added so It would be worth going there you have my +1.

Although this would definitely open up some zone 5's and 6's for us white-names the fact remains that when a white-name travels to zone 7 the same thing happens when someone goes into a zone 6 currently.

There are pros to this and cons as well. I like the idea, but I believe it can be fleshed out a little more. +0

Better chance of finding diamond armor and barrett huh? Not bad. Now I will give you my +1.

 

Being able to get full diamond in a minute or two is way too quick.

 

The chance of finding diamond armor in zone 6 is very low. If zone 7 was added, the chance would be higher yes, but not by much. Maybe a 10% chance of finding it per chest.

 

You know that bones in zone 6 spawn like 3% of the time?
and you want diamond to spawn 10% of the time

You need to account for all other items. Right now the percentage is at 1 for barret (I think) and if you were to up that by 10% to get 11%, that means every 10 chests you open, you get a barret.
The same can be applied to diamond armor, if the percentage is, say, 5, that means one in every 20 chests you open, theres a piece of diamond armor.

Zone 6 is good enough.

 

Bones spawn much more then 3% of the time. I have gone through ALL of Indust, and found bones in 3/4 of every chest I opened.

Also, you say that if this happened every 10 chests, you would get a barret. That's not true. Percentage in mathematics is not always a probability, not a solid, concrete value. Yes, now that I think of it, it should be more like 3-5%, but if this happened you would not see a barret every 10 chests.

I edited this into my last post but I'll restate it again. In mathematics, a percentage is not always a solid value. And the spawn percentage in chests is a chance. If say, the parachute spawn chance is 50% (which it isn't) it does not mean you will find it in half the chests you come across. It means that there is only half a chance it will spawn there.

 

I know that it isn't, it's just a simpler explanation for what it really is; probability.

 

Yes , if this was the case: If zone 7 was secret, and was a very small area. About the same size, or smaller, than zone 6 army at new map. However, diamond and tier four would be more common, but the increase would be smaller. Like instead of a Barrett in every one hundredth chest, one in every fiftieth chest.
