Bring Minestrike back!

Minestrike, on average, was getting on 15-20 players on at Peak times. Put that up against the likes of War/WarZ/MinecraftParty, it's just not enough. The minestrike plugin was also outdated.

If I am honest, I can see Minestrike making a return in the future, because the concept, if you took the time to understand it was great. But currently, work needs to be done to our more popular servers like the next War update, The new warz update and new map, and the constant work on MinecraftParty. There just isn't enough time to keep minestrike going at the moment unfortunately.

So all I can say for now, is be patient.

 

Yes, Minestrike was an incredibly fun and challenging server. BUT, because it wasn't as popular as War or WarZ, not a lot of regognition was pointed towards it, and work to fix bugs and take care of hackers was not really put into consideration. What my guess is, since noone donated, the fundings became an all time low and they had to drop the server. I loved, and still love Minestrike, but for the time being I don't think it's coming back. BUT, that doesn't mean it won't. All we have to do is wait and see.

 

I feel that minestrike was far better than warz but since it lacked participants gaming on the server was always "Lacking."
I would not mind a comeback updated minestrike in the future however.

 

Minestrike was my favorite server. Now it's WarZ :V

 

I heard that there is some new minestrike server, don't know if we own it :V

 

No, there are reasons why it's replaced.
If it was a great server why were there so few players on?

MineStrike was not busy and had to much bugs in it so sorry! but we are not bringing it back

 

You guys could make 1 server that has a bunch of smaller servers/closed servers on it, like mine strike. This would add the possibility of ideas that are good, but not good enough to make it its own server.

 

Minestrike was my second favorite after War... :L

For the few people who voted "no", if you don't like minestrike, then don't play it

 

I voted for no by accident oops I would like to have the server back but I would really not care and/or play it

 

Even tho i never played the server before, it's sad to see it go away forever.

I miss minestrike, the sad thing is I just started getting into when it got closed

 

The reason people didn't like it was because it was too hardcore. Once you died, you couldn't respawn. It was rage inducing and tension was high on the server. You two never played it so no... just no.

 

but I LOVED the hardcore-ness of minestrike!!! It made it more challenging and fun!!! Everybody who hated minestrike was too used to the fast-paced rushing style of mc-war, so they just couldn't get used to the slow-paced strategy style of minestrike.
