    Pretty much sums it up.

Google "Caloric maintenance calculator" then increase your maintenance calories by about 300 to 200. Do this till you see a steady weight gain every week. You should be gaining about a pound every 2 weeks, that way you know most of it is pure muscle. If you are trying to get bigger then do BodyBuilding type workouts. I can list a bunch if you want or you can just Google it.

    Reply'ed above.

A lot of people say chocolate milk is just as healthy as a protein shake, So if you hate the taste of protein powder but still wanna get some protein in your body chocolate milk is a great alternative.

I play MineCraft for maybe 3-4 hours a day at most. Setting aside 2 hours to workout at the gym is not hard. People always have excuses for things, in reality, if you truly wanna do something you will find time for it.

    Alrighty.

Eat, that's my advice. To grow your muscles you must consume more calories then you burn. This doesn't mean go all out and stuff your face with donuts, pizza and burgers. You can still have those great things but don't go overboard. Search "Caloric maintenance calculator" on google. Then take the number you get and increase it by about 300, Ex. if you got 2,000 calories then increase your calories to 2,300. Before you start eating all those calories though weigh yourself, then after a week of eating [X] amount of calories weigh yourself again. If you did not gain about .5 pounds then increase the calories by another 100. You wanna try to gain about a pound every 2 weeks, that way you know its pretty much all muscle. Remember that they have calories on everything its mandatory. The only think you might not see calories on is fast food stuff, thats okay you can just google, How many calories is in "name of food".

    Hope this helped you.

I workout at the park and at home only on a bar. I'm not sure if to do anything else but the bar is working :stuck_out_tongue: I do the stuff that people in team baristi do if you heard of them. If not, here:

    https://www.facebook.com/baristiworkout

Do you think I should do anything else other than pull ups and bar workouts

Doing body weight exercises are good. If you are trying to look like a bodybuilder though you definitely need to add more things.

What are you trying to go for?

    Ultra doesn't like to workout.

@Halo_ I've been only on a bar for about a year now, I kinda got ripped, not as a bodybuilder however I am much, much more stronger than body builders. I train for muscle and along the way I get ripped, bodybuilders don't have as much muscle :stuck_out_tongue:

You mean bodybuilders don't have as much strength, Bodybuilders have much more "Muscle". Thats the whole point in body building to grow your muscle. Being a bodybuilder is all about growing the size in your muscle then cutting and seeing all your great results. Also most bodybuilders are very, very strong. Furious pete,Kia green, Phil heath, Ronnie coleman, Khali muscle, Christian guzman, Steve cook, Chris jones and many more.

I don't doubt that the things you do increase your strength. I was only trying to get a better idea of what you are trying to accomplish, such as Physique,Strength,Athleticism or health.
