    Recently I have been playing in party mode and realized there aren't any horse races playing! I loved them and don't know if this was a bug/glitch or just something they removed.

    There was already a topic going on about this here. Some party games have been removed mysteriously, Coders/Admins haven't responded to the situation yet, meaning they have their intentions, so we have to wait for that. Also there have been some glitches going around in those games, they took THOSE games down to fix them, so I'm guessing there's currently some issues going on in Horse Race.
