space exploration is a waste of money

I know it's wierd to post this on a server Websight, but, I had to tell everyone. That I KNOW space exploration is a waste of money. By the end of this I'm sure you will be convinced.
My first point is, the fact that we are exploring space, but not earth! Did you know we have only explored 5% of the seas across the world? They are spending BILLIONS of dollars on space, when they could be spending it on, cancer research, saving people on OUR PLANET and MUCH MORE. My second point is, that over the years, so much false information has been coming from nasa. Like, 'The world will end in 2006!' 'The world will end in 2010!' 'A huge asteroid will hit earth on the 24th of September 2015!' Non of these ever happened. Which instantly proves that people are spending billions of dollars on space exploration, whilst the are making mistakes ALL THE TIME. They are wasting money that could go to good use on space exploration! Where we could explore our own earth, save life's, And help people that are disadvantaged! Not getting false information! So please comment below and let me know what you think.

 

I know but I think they are moving too fast. Us humans are clever. But not clever enough. If we keep getting false information.

 

If they want to continue getting money for the exploration, I believe they need to prove it.

They did maybe YOU should do some research! They said themselves that the world would be hit by an asteroid big enough to destroy earth. Did it happen? Nope. Was it gonna happen? Nope.

 

Well they shouldn't have said it to happen in the first place. Spending billions of dollars on space exploration means we expect correct information. Not making the world worrie 24/7 about coming to its end. they can't be saying it first then saying that it was false. They are pretty much ADMITTING that it's a waste of time and money.

 

I understand, but they need proof before they make a 500 day count down from 2014.

Maybe they should have double checked, not just assumed,

 

But what about the people on our earth? Don't we matter? For example, when ceiceil the lion died, it was all over the Internet. But when a new sickness spreads killing hundreds, no one gives a damn.

We humans and living things on earth are our no. 1 priority!

 

Look, guys, I'm just trying to prove my point. But being. Rude about it, isn't going to help. I didn't intend on creating a flame war, I just wanted to say that mistakes aren't acceptable at this time. All the earths problems are more important than finding out if stars grow or whatever. And I am religeous, so this is my point of perspective. God is the only one who can create the end of times, so that is why I am standing up to all those people who believe in space exploration to be good, to say I believe what I believe. So if your mad at me, go let out your immaturity out somewhere else. I specifically asked for your opinion. Not sending a video saying that I'm an idiot. Or being rude. Some times I really wonder how some people can be so sencetive towards someone's opinion. It might not mean anything to you, but it means something to me. So DEAL WITH IT.
