    Depends what you are cooking. Crap is usually just heated in a micro. Really good food is cooked in an oven and on a stove. Ask @Halo_ our nutrition expert/fitness expert.

    Microwave readies the food faster than oven.
    Microwaved food doesn't taste as good as food made in the oven.
