Which donor gun to buy?

    I'm buying scav along with a donor gun. I am torn between every donor gun (except flamethrower) as they are all very good. I don't want the ray gun for inf, since scav will help with my spas 24.

    So either minigun, crossbow, or LAW. Let me know your personal recommendation.

    Minigum is good for close-range maps but requires scavenger
    Crossbow is good for maps that are quite chaotic and if you're good with bow PvP
    LAW is good for trolling (IMO)

    Thanks SpeedBreaker. I was going to decide to get mini but if I do all my smg's and assault rifles will end up shelved along with all my shotguns (including my fav spas 24 :grinning:) I'm pretty good with a bow so I might get that.

    I use mini a lot. Personally I would get mini. It's good for infect and all other gamemodes. Especially for infects like killhouse

    This is a very hard deduction, especially since you don't want Ray. I'm not going to tell you to get a certain gun, but after breaking the options down, I will give a recommendation.

    Crossbow: This gun can be an amazing gun when used correctly. The crossbow definitely requires the most skill out of three options. If you're not already good at bow pvp, this will definitely take some practice. It's not very good for infect or when you're alone/close range. I mostly use this gun for camping.

    LAW: If you are looking to troll people, this gun is for you. I would never use it in a tdm or ctf, as it can't do 1 hit kills unless it's a headshot and it takes forever to reload. It is ok for infect, but you'll need a good secondary to back it up.

    Mini-Gun: Out of the three, this is the most versatile gun. You can use it in any game mode, but requires scav, which you are buying.

    After the breakdown, I would suggest mini.

    Buy minigun if you want to avoid exploiting and brutally abusing a broken donator gun which deserves a deletion from the game. IT TAKES ZERO SKILL.

    All guns take skill. Mini takes skill if you want to not run out of ammo and to tell what distance is to far to shoot someone from. You need to be good at hot-swapping

    Mini is very efficent if you use armor but cbow is good without armor too but on some maps only.

    I recommend cbow

    All the guns have pros and cons.

    Crossbow: Is not good for 80 percent of the maps, but is really fun to 1 shot that one guy then have him blow up in his spawn, handing you three or four more kills on a silver platter.

    Minigun: Takes skill. You don't automagically become tupaq or Dressing_Salad on Hijacked with armor. It IS a good gun, don't get me wrong. But, its not a spray and pay weapon.

    LAW: VERY well known around the server. Can be used in infect, and in other gamemodes, takes a direct hit to one shot. As SpeedBreaker has said before me, it is the ultimate troll weapon.

    Hope you use these facts and take them into consideration.

    Reconsider the Ray for infect.

    The other weapon is the Minifun like others suggested.

    Or if you are double tough, use fast reload and ISO.... for infect that takes real skill.

    Ok, I am receiving $15 dollars for picking up sticks in my yard (with a cold, mind you) and finished half. Tomorrow after finishing I will buy the following:

    Scavenger
    Crossbow
    Molotov
    Flashbang
    Grenades OR another perk

    The reason I don't want Ray for infect is the fact that my Spas-24 is already amazing against zombies and with scav it would make Infect more fun for me.

    Definitely mini or cbow. Mini takes almost 0 skill and functions like an OP shotgun with crazy knock back and can be used for infect. Cbow takes a lot of skill, but is also rewarding once you master it.

    Do you have scavenger? If so either mini or ray. Ray for infect. Cbow for maps like shipment and 2fort and other smaller maps

    Accept for when it comes to later on and you are the only one alive and all the zombies are coming at you. Spas24 won't do crap to save you
