Bug No kill? (Ctf, tdm, inf)

    I don't have proof of this but I'll just explain.

    If you kill a player fast after the game has started you don't get a kill. This is the same thing that happens in a gungame or ffa but now in ctf, tdm and infect.
    This happened to me today in derriese and yesterday on hardhat when I c4d about 10 players on red. I'm not 100% sure if this happens everytime though.

    I'm pretty sure this is to prevent instant kills in FFA modes, so people don't instantly get killed when a game starts.

    No, since I couldn't have killed them if they'd have spawnprot.

    Yeah, same happened when I sponge glitch and fall out of the map.

    This isn't a bug. This is to prevent insta-kills, mostly in ffa or gungame. On some maps everyone spawns in a huge clump, and if there was no spawn protection, one person would be at 15 kills while everyone else is at 0.

    I know, it's when you kill someone, the kill doesn't register. It's to prevent people from getting a bunch of kills off spawn.

    Yes this is the same kill protection when you kill a player in FFA or gun game and it doesn't count. This is not a bug. It's there to prevent deaths upon starting a game, it lasts about 5-6 seconds.
