    I've decided to get back into pack making a little bit, and I just wanted to see all your opinions on this Barrett?

    I'm planning on making a graffiti pack, but I'd like to see everyone's opinion on this Barrett before I actually start.

    Interesting, but I think if everything looked similar to that then it'd be too bright. The texture looks nice, though.

    I personally don't like graffiti,but that's my opinion.
    I know how you made the actual shape of the barret. :>

    Open the barret from hobo's pack in the program you use.Change the lightness/opacity of the layer so it'll look a lot lighter.Make a new layer.Select the line tool,set it to about 5.Outline hobo's barret.Add a picture to the outline you made and delete the layer with the other barret.Pretty sure you did something like this.
