moderating experience: None, considering that every mod started somewhere.

    age: I prefer 13+.

    activity: 100+ posts.

posts: Helpful, actually useful posts. Not just a crap ton of spam.

threads: Legitimate questions, or good ideas, or just a good discussion.

    location ( even if it's imaginary ) : Anywhere. Don't be locationist.

humor: I like when mods are funny, but it's not a requirement.

matureness: Rather mature. Also, 'matureness" is not a word.

profile pick: I prefer for people to A. Have mature profile pictures and B. Not have the default picture. Also, it's 'Profile picture'.

personal details: It's nice for them to be filled out.

sharing ideas/whatever: 2-3 good ideas will help getting a +1 from me.

helping: These are extremely repetitive. But, mods should be extremely helpful, on the forums and in-game.

minecraft experience: Upwards of a year playing Minecraft is usually enough.

age: 14+ and mature to a point.

activity: 2-3 hours a day on minecraft and atleast a view and checking of the forums every day.

threads: Not needed as long as posts are quality.

location ( even if it's imaginary ) : Anywhere is fine. MPS is not prejudice C:

Humor ( optional ) The humor must be somewhat appropriate but also funny C:

    profile pick: Mature

personal details: Possible one like mine

sharing ideas/whatever: 5-10 quality ideas that make sense :V

    minecraft experience: Atleast 6+ months

    grammar/spelling: 9/10 grammar is a must

other: Generally, I need to have seen you in-game once or twice to give you a +1. If I see you in-game as a bad egg but your app is perfect, you will get a -1. Being good in-game and me seeing it is the only way I will even think about your application as a +1.

moderating experience: Some. A server this big has no need for inexperienced moderators. It's not as if there is a shortage of applicants.

age: Age is not really important, so long as you are mature. In my experience, this is 13 at the lowest and anything above.

activity: Since players tend to have certain servers that they like to stick to, I'll have to rely on the word of others for activity.

posts: 100+ for even consideration, 150+ if it's a good app, and 200+ to be active on the forums.

threads: Not as important as overall posts, although it is nice. As long as posts are informative and helpful, they are more important than having a lot of threads.

location ( even if it's imaginary ): Narnia

    Humor ( optional ): Preferable

profile pick: Something trademark and original

    personal details: Not as important

    sharing ideas/whatever: Eh

minecraft experience: Must know how minecraft works. The entities have specific physics. An applicant must know of them so they can determine if hax or not. (If that sentence makes sense) Applicants also have to know about nocheat and minecraft glitches. They can't be one of those noobs who call hacks because there is a rendering glitch.

grammar/spelling: Not as important as made out to be. Grammar isn't an issue as long as it is okay. Spelling should be done right though. But grammar is not an indicator of maturity as long as there are no errors. It does not have to be perfect, just correct. I have seen times where people give a 6/10 grammar rating because word choice wasn't the absolute best it could be.

moderating experience: Mod on 10+ servers, admin on 3+ servers. (has to be a server that has a good owner, good amount of players, decent amount of players, and at least 4GB of RAM, :V)

    age: At least 13.

activity: Online 3-7 hours a day. (8+ hours just indicates you have no life :V)

    threads: 25+

    location ( even if it's imaginary ) : wat

    Humor ( optional ) : wat

    profile pic: Derpy pic :3

    personal details: wat

    sharing ideas/whatever: wat

minecraft experience: Has to know what /killall actually does, (it only kills mobs, not players :V) has to know how Java works, (hard mode :V) and been playing Minecraft for at least 1 year.

    grammar/spelling: 8/10.

other: Don't ****ing capitalize every letter at the beginning of a word...
