Why time commitments?

    I have thought about applying for mod lots of times. I have the experience, heck I could even be a coder. I have teamspeak! (I just suck at using it) I am active on the forums!

    The one requirement I can't meet is the time commitment. When I am active, I am on for anywhere from 2-8 hours. But because I have a life and I live in a divorce situation I don't always have a pc. So frankly I could leave for 3 months and be 100%active the next 2months!!!

    What I don't get is why on earth does brawl require specific time schedules for their mods? If I'm on sometimes then those times will be hacker free and we'll done. I play a large stretch of times and I see a lot of different mods come on then leave and the gaps in between are full of hackers.

    Brawl needs more mods. Someone please explain this to me.....


    I don't know about the rest of y'all, but I have a school life, a social life, and a family life, whatever else I spend with friends irl or gaming on brawl or TI. So basically what I'm asking is why brawl won't take a person for mod that isn't on 1-3/7

    As in I use it for other games but brawls channels are so screwy and cluttered. And I can never find anyone on war.

    We do not require specific time schedules. The question "How many hours can you provide a day and during what time frame?" on the application is only in place so we can get an idea of when and how active you could be as a staff member.
    We require staff members to have a sufficient activity in all 3 areas and we track the overall monthly activity, but you do not have to be online every day and you do not get demoted only because you can not play for a few weeks.

    However, being inactive for 3 months would probably be too long.

    The 3 months being an analogy. The normal time schedule means half of the weekends I wouldn't have my personal computer. So I could still play in-game maybe, but no ts. (Fourms are always on my phone)

    Missing some days of the week is fine. I was told we really only needed 30-45 minutes a day, and days you don't play could be made up during the 2-8 hours you play on the other days.

    Also, you need to increase activity in all three areas. Becoming active on forums in the past couple days proves nothing (@fast11471 lel) and you need teamspeak.

    I do actively look through all of the war forums. Although I don't post much because I either don't know the answer to a question or I feel my post will be overlooked. And I also have teamspeak.

    why is this in war, it seems a little irrelevant, only thing pertaining to War is being a War mod, that's about it

    Why would you want to be a Mod? They typically only last a couple months and get burned out.

    Join the Evil-Anti Mod's....we have Evil cookies.
