What is your in-game name? - TheEliteBanshee
Have you changed your name in the past? If you have, please list them. - Yes, I just changed it a couple weeks ago from LastElite88 to TheEliteBanshee. However, once Halloween is done, I'm going back to LastElite88
Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account? - No one has access to my account accept me. This is for security purposes.

How old are you? - I am 16 years old
What time zone are you in? - EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I took 3 years of Spanish in high school during freshman and sophomore year, only I forgot most of it. I fluently speak English as my main language.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I started on YouTube in early 2012. I saw a minecraft video and really liked it. I started to decide whether or not I should get it. The decision finally came when I saw my friend playing it. I instantly thought, I need this. When I got it and first got on, I saw the online server link. I clicked on it and could not figure out how it worked so I went and just played single player. I spent hours building and exploring the different biomes, learning how to craft stuff and learning what everything does, and learning simple commands. Finally I looked up what multiplayer servers are and how they work. The first server I ever joined was Mineplex and a few other servers (one actually got removed do to lack of income). Later I looked up Call of Duty in mineraft and found Brawl and now here I am now.
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I have never moderated a server before but have been a helper on a server in progress. My job was to help build the biomes.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I will be a hard worker who will help keep the server clean and fun for all players old and new. I want this server to be joyful to people and make it a favorite in people.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - No I have never used a hack client. I don't even know how to get one.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have never been banned on a server before and hope that it will never happen.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I consider my greatest strength to be being able to stay calm and not freak out if I don't understand something. Also that I understand the rules of Brawl very well and could help newcomers through their problems.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I consider my greatest weakness to be my temper. I went from getting mad at dying (especially if I do bad on a game) to getting somewhat better. I've been working VERY hard on fixing this situation and believe that my anger has decreased significantly. I can't say it is fully gone but enough to make it where you can't notice. I'm usually able to contain it inside.

How active do you consider yourself on Brawl? - I feel that I am very active on Brawl. I like to be on every day for at least 30 minutes or longer. The average time I am on is about 1-2 hours.
Which Brawl servers are you most active on? - I am most active on Mc-War
How many hours can you provide a day and during what time frame? - As stated above, I like to be on every day for 30 minutes or longer averaging 1-2 hours. Wednesdays and Fridays are a little bit less because I have band and football. I provide the most amount of time during the weekend when I don't have to worry about band, football, and/or school.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule in-game? - If someone was to break an in-game rule ( Disrespect to staff/players, excessive swearing/bypassing the filter, 18+ content, etc.) I would first politely tell them to stop. If they don't listen, I will then mute for 10 minutes. If they come back after the 10 minutes and continue, I will proceed to mute them for 1 hour and report to a higher ranked staff member such as a Smod or Admin. If they were to abuse a glitch or go OOM, I will politely warn them to stop or get back in the map. If they refuse to listen I will kick them for 10 minutes. If they continue to abuse the glitch or go OOM, I will kick for 1 hour and report it to a higher ranking staff.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on the forums? - If someone were to break any forums rules (Flam/rage, Swearing, 18+ content, sexual or racist content, and/or disrespect to the staff), I would first give them a warning. If they continue to break the rules I will mute them for 10 minutes. If they still continue to break them I will mute them for an hour and notify a higher staff member on what is going on.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on TS3? - If they were to use a voice changer, I would tell them to stop using it and say that it is against the rules. If they continue to use the voice changer, I will mute them for 10 minutes. If they were to continue, I will mute for 1 hour and report it to a higher staff member. If they were to yell or blow into the mic, I will politely tell them to stop and say it is against the rules. If they were to continue, I will mute them for 5 minutes. If they still continue, I will mute them for 1 hour and report it to a higher staff member.

Situation (as a staff member): You log on Brawl, and you’re told that there is a huge, game-breaking economy glitch. No Admins are online to solve the situation. What steps would you take to handle the issue? - I would first tell anybody who is abusing the economy glitch to stop and if they continue, they will be punished. I would then message a higher staff member and stay and watch for anybody else who is abusing the glitch until more help can arrive.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - I have made one other application
What is the date of the last application you submitted? - The last date was 8/22/15

Do you have a working microphone? - Yes I do have a working microphone
Are you able to record and upload videos? - I do not have any way of recording but I am working with someone to get a recording software

Do you generally know how all the staff member commands work? - I do know the basic staff member commands thanks to Cuddled including:

• /kick
• /mute
• /unmute
• /fp [map]_gamemode
• /prune

Anything else we should know about you? - Some other things are that I wish to help make Brawl a more fun and exciting place to everyone. I hope to use my rank to the best of it's ability and not abuse it.

When do you usually get on TS3, not trying to sound rude. Maybe you just don't get on when I get on. I try to get on every day. And as for my application, what else do you want? I read through and can't think of anything else you would want from me. These are all honest and curious questions. I really would like to know.

 

The time that i'm usually on Teamspeak is between 3pm-6pm EST. To be honest, I usually look to see what mods are on whenever i get on and I don't remember ever seeing you. I've seen Doges, LeTim, 18kspooky, SpookyLouis, and a few others. Maybe we just don't get on at the same time? Also, I would like to know what I could add to my application to make it better. I would really appreciate it. Thank you for taking the time.

Thanks for the feedback! I get online everyday on war. I don't play any other server so that might be why I don't see you. As for my application. Instead of putting an hour into it, i will put 2-3 hours into it. Make it special. And i do see you on teamspeak . Maybe next time i will pm you a smiley face.

 

Thanks for the feedback! I will work A LOT harder on my application next time. Same with ts3. I try to get on everyday for at least 30-60 minutes. As for my temper. As I said, it's getting a lot better. I am able to hold it in and not show it to the public. When I'm on ts3, I hold it in as to show maturity and in-game I've been able to hold it in and not rage in chat. When I do lose my temper, which is very rare now, I don't publicly show it. I only do it when I'm off ts3 where people won't notice. When I do lose my temper, I usually get off the server and do something else to calm down as to not do something rash. Overall, this is getting A LOT better and have learned to control it publicly.
