Idea Nether Hub

    I walked into the spawn nether portal today and saw this:

    This isn't very inviting or nice to look at to be honest. I think that if a group of the survival community were to build a small nether hub, it would make the server a bit more professional and 'pretty'. I am willing to work on this, and please leave your name below if you would like to help too. I don't know if the staff are willing to implement this, but it would be worth the shot.

    I assume the build team is too busy to do this. I think for this to be a possibility we need to make our own "build team".

    I agree with you, the spawn for the Nether isn't very appealing. The new spawn should definitely be added. It might not be an issue for a build team if we needed this added. It would also be fun to create a build team that could possibly get together and build this. This idea has my +1 I would really like for this to be added.

    I agree with you as well. There is really no reason why there shouldn't be a nice looking nether spawn/hub. However I'm really not good at building, so if this is being added, I don't think letting me built would be a good idea :v

    The most annoying thing about the nether hub now is that lava pool right in front of the nether portal. XD

    1+ from me - I am up for helping if thats an option. I know the build usually do this, but it would be nice if members fro the PvP community did some work on it. We would have to build it in creative, as putty would NEVER give us creative to build it :wink: Although we could build it without creative, we have the resources.

    But the spawn protection... Besides, I would be much easier with world edit. I would be delighted if the build team could do it, but I would assume that they are too busy :/

    I made this https://www.brawl.com/threads/38292/ a while back and there wasn't any action taken upon implementation, regardless of the support everyone had behind it (its video even had VOTW). It's likely that the nether hub idea will be ignored, regardless of how good it is. :/

    I thought about this too. But maybe since there is no nether hub (and there was a spawn befor), it may have a greater chance to be implemented.
