I hear that lots of activity on the forums is a big one. Probably at least 100+ forum posts

Moderating experience: Any experience as a past administrator, moderator, operator, or owner (For owner to be counted the server has to host more that five players because you should not be able to make a server, get misleading proof, and then never return to that server again after showing "Proof") on a server, proof would be the best but if the person is trustworthy and mature proof should not be an issue.

Age: 15+ (That is age is usually when people are in high-school and starting to "Mature." Of course if they show maturity in other areas then by all means they should qualify. Age usually reflects maturity and that number can be different for ever individual.)

Activity: In-game two hours+ (Need time to actual do a moderators job.)

Posts: 200+ (Member needs to show they are active on forum by sharing opinions and suggestions to the community.)

Threads: 10+ (Good and helpful threads. Member needs to show they are a blessing not a burned to the community.)

Location ( even if it's imaginary ) : Does not matter (Someone in China could do the same as a person in Africa if they are worthy. Common language should be spoken between the hosts of the server and applicant, however.)

Humor ( optional ) : Does not need one (Moderator is a job and jobs are work, humor would be a bonus, however.)

Profile pick: Does not matter (Nothing inappropriate though.)

Personal details: Member should be mature and show integrity (Player have to be mature becuase they need to be able to take critisisom to better himself or herself. Player have to show integrity and own up to their mistakes when no one is looking.)

Sharing ideas/whatever: Ideas should benefit the community (Without "Good" suggestions how can a moderator benefit the community?)

Minecraft experience: Alpha gamer or the very start of Beta (Member should be experienced with how Minecraft works and should show dedication through his or her start date with Minecraft.)

Grammar/spelling: Basic+ (Player should display a level above basic grammar because if you can not understand what a person is trying to convey then later they will not be able to carry out tasks and transfer them to others. Being a moderator holds the position of authority, showing basic+ grammar can express "Power" and meaning which is a must when communicating with others.)

Other: Member has to be respectful, responsible, and show integrity.

    age: 15/16

activity: Active on Servers Teamspeak and Forums

posts: 300+ / Very active forum member especially on their specific forum. E.G WarZ mod active in WarZ forum

threads: Helpful, not spam, readable, not abusive

    location ( even if it's imaginary ) : Doesn't really matter

Humor ( optional ) : If they want to be part of the skype staff chats, they will need a good sense of humour

profile pick: Doesn't matter as long as it isn't abusive

personal details: Doesn't matter as long as they haven't murdered anyone in the past

sharing ideas/whatever: Has good ideas/suggestions that they are prepared to put forward

minecraft experience: Played minecraft for a long period of time and has a good understanding of the minecraft mechanics

    grammar/spelling: Uses good Grammar/Vocabulary/spelling

other: As well as all these things, is actually a good server moderator, helpful etc.

I do, I was Head-Admin on a 8GB RAM faction server, Moderator on a dedicated 32GB RAM hub server, I'm currently owner of a few WIP servers, etc.
Yeah, bad staff is just unacceptable, >:V

I think you do express yourself well. And as the saying goes: "ready when you are"

Moderating Experience: As long as you have SOME experience, I would consider giving you a (+1). This doesn't mean moderating a server with 5 players on it. It has to be a public server, that at least had 25+ at some point in time when you were Moderator. As Cbsusd said, we have plenty of other applicants that have plenty of moderating experience, that would gladly take the position.

Age: Age does not matter as much to be as your maturity does. You could be a very mature 14 year old, but an immature 15 year old. It all depends on your level of maturity.

Activity: You must play on the MPS for at least 2+ hours a day. This is so that you are online for that portion of the day to moderate the server. You should also be active than most on the TS3 server.

Posts: You should at least have 150+ posts. That does not mean you spam the forum with useless, unneeded posts in order to get your posts up. That will lower your chances even more.

Threads: As long as you have 150+ useful, contributing posts, threads do not matter that much to me.

Location ( even if it's imaginary ) : Under my bed.

Humor ( optional ): It is always nice to have a Moderator who likes to crack a joke every once and a white. But, even though they can still have fun at times, sometimes they have to be serious.

Profile picture: As long as it is appropriate, I don't really care.

Personal Details: It's always nice to have some background information on a member when the apply for moderator. Not really 100% needed, but always appreciated.

Sharing Ideas/Whatever: It's always nice to have a Moderator who is always suggesting ideas new, useful ideas on the forums. This is also a good quality a Moderator should have.

Minecraft Experience: At least a year or so. When you apply for Moderator on MPS, you should know how Minecraft works, and have had experience with the game for a good, long time. It's never good to have a Moderator who does not understand the basic concepts of Minecraft.

Grammar/Spelling: This is a must for a Moderator. When speaking to members of the server, your words should be clear, and easy to understand. The member should not be confused after you ask him a question, so you should get your thoughts to him clearly. Also, you are taking on a position of authority. You should not be lazy, and use incorrect grammar, setting bad examples for future Moderators.

This is generally what I think should be expected/looked for in a Moderator.

I bet about 10 people googled what a platypus is. :V
