    Hi,
I have had the same kits for a while now and was thinking of buying something new, preferably something offensive. What in your opinion is a fun and effective kit? Also, what experience have you had with them and in what ways do they shine?

    Anything is appreciated

    I'd recommend cannibal.

Is it that good? I see the obvious benefit in terms of non-soup servers, but can it make the difference in a close fight?

Grappler - Chasing kit and a good running kit

Hunger is more important than you think in soup

Grappler and Ninja are both good for chasing. Viper, Cannibal, Magma and Snail are also good if you want simple PVP effects on the opponent.

As stated above Cannibal can have drastic effects on someone trying to pvp after a short time. They'll end up having to use soup to get their hunger back up or worse risk not being able to sprint.

Viper - poison, OP, the inventory moves to the right coz of the potion effect, hard to recraft
    Snail - slowness, massive combo
Magma - when someone hits you they stand a chance of getting caught on fire, and fire is op

Timelord was possibly my favourite kit  Have they removed it? If so, why?

I actually didn't play for like a week after timelord went under "maintenance" I came back about a week later to see it was "disabled."

    Shapeshifter is also glitched now.

Brawl will fix these things before coming out of beta. I just really miss Timelord skills and.
I'm very happy that the teaming stuff is fixed! And now a Halloween contest is here. Hardcore Games is running nice!

I really hope that it takes off, i remember way back when you'd be lucky to get into a server as 150 other people were trying to get in as well! :grinning:
It'd be great to see new players though, hopefully when it comes out of beta that'll be the case

No, it's disabled due to a "game breaking glitch" I don't play HG anymore because of that.. all I'd play was thor and timelord XD

It's amazing in iron fights, but early game not so much.
Boxer is great if that is fixed right now.

Boxer is probably one of the best kits overall. The damage resistance is good in fights and just overall survivability.

It is probably my most used kit, what would you say your 'go-to' kit would be for combat in general?

Probably something like grappler, ninja or boxer, mostly based on the fact that you can fly around your opponents and catch them off guard in multiple ways. You can also with grappler and ninja catch up to people easily, making it so they will have trouble trying to run away and do something like build up or recraft. Boxer however due the to the damage resistance, would probably be one of my go to kits for whenever I'm playing. I just think it makes it a lot easier to soup and win fights in general.

I honestly believe Kangaroo is the best offensive kit, solely for the reason that you can chase running players with ease.

Quite possibly the most OP kit in the game (currently) is Thor. Yes, that's right.
1)You do 4 hearts of true damage (=armour is ignored) with the bolt
2)You set people on fire (=self-explanatory)
    3)Towers...so long, suckers!
4)Full iron teams can be focused more easily, if one of them goes to refill you can thor him and he will either die or use all of his soup instantly.
I had 75 out of my 200 wins on MCPVP with Thor...

I may try that out also, I got it with my surprise kit and the rest was surprisingly easy, I didn't realise how much damage it does!
