Competitive Mc-War..?

    I think Mc-War should have a couple different servers, where people/clans can 4v4. My idea of how this works is that there are brackets. The more teams you beat, the closer you get to the finals/championship. Once there, you can face off for a prize. (1st Place winners - one month MVP)

    Idk i think this type of competitive play style of Mc-War will for sure bring the community to a rise and hopefully increase skill.​

    People would just use Iso/Skully to win almost all of the time to "increase skill", sure there can be bans against certain weapons to balance it.

    4x4 on large maps, which mc-war has a lot of, does not work.
    Clan wars often conclude with rage and hate for the enemy team.

    Let's keep war a fun game, not what the actual cod game has created.

    The weapons aren't balanced for competitive play though.
    I get your point, but this stuff wouldn't work.

    What if there were only certain guns allowed?

    Like there was a whole new "competitive server" that had only certain gun unlocks, such as M16, and UMP? Maybe other guns too. (Mostly level 1-30 weapons should be used in tournament play)

    This wouldn't work at all..
    But it could be cool to have a server only a few players can join to 1v1 or have a clan war etc.

    1v1 would be better then 4v4.
    But im sorry Popmaster, These kind of competive events aren't made for Mc-War sadly :frowning:

    So as I said on a previous thread, I'm not sure if the people do want these kind of things at this moment. We're waiting for the new update. BUT, I am sure everyone is also hyped for a war contest. So this idea might need some tweaks and it could transform into an event idea. +0

    What we could do is make a server that every rotation where everybody can only use one weapon. This way it makes it fair for everyone.
    Ex. Dome_TDM, SkullCrusher
    Highrise_TDM, MSR
    (Note that not everybody may have these guns. Maybe make it so that for these servers, all guns are unlocked for everybody.)

    One weapon = no variety.
    And it would kill the server database.

    1. Having no variety would take away the strategy. In other competitive FPS games you have someone who is a sniper, another person is with a shotgun and so on. Having 1 weapon would also put a lot of people at disadvantage due to ping in sniping cases.

    2. The data would have to be overwritten for each individual player and a lot of coding would have to be done.
