How I feel about forum tryharders

    What is a forum try harder? Someone who is on the forums 24/7 because they are trying to get mod, or look good.

    Would I consider myself or someone like @F1r3tar a tryharder?
    No, because we don't have the intentions of getting mod, or looking good.

    I feel that forum tryharders who get mod really screw up the community, and I obviously don't like that. I see so many people try hard for about a month, get mod, and then die down a little. Mods need to be here a little bit longer than a couple months until I see them qualified to be mod. I don't like to hang around those people, for sure. It really grindedmy gears to see mcpvp players come over and then immediately go into try hard mode XD. I'm not saying mcpvp players are bad, but some players are trying to get mod to be above the rest, not to be a good moderator.

    How do we stop it? I have no clue.

    But this isn't for all mods.
    I agree some mods do this, not complaining about it.
    I agree some mods really need to improve their activity, but they are also humans with normal social lives.

    How can we solve this problem?
    I'm not exactly sure, but maybe check from when the people joined. This might decrease the amount of forum tryhards.

    Also, check if those people don't always post posts like this: gg, nice, welcome!, how are you and etc. This might also, decrease the tryhard of those people.

    I've always said I'd never want to be a Mod.

    Super Villainy is so much more fun.

    As for try hards, I don't know. There are a number of lame posters out there and I the only idea that I have is.....

    Nuke them from space, it's the only way to be sure.

    I have never noticed a "forum tryharder". Could someone tell his/her name.
    Yeah, I know what a forum tryharder is, but I have never recognized any.

    The fact that you care about other people tryharding on the forums is sad. Like seriously, if they are tryharding for mod, let them do that, because often times they can be helpful. But making a whole post on the subject is pretty sad tbh. It just seems like your calling a few specific people out.
