On the contrary, this is perfectly fine. There was no flame here in the OP. This thread isn't against the rules either. :V If you betray someone, even if it's allowed, it might bite you in the rear. If you don't want to keep your reputation in tact, then don't betray. :V This is also an aspect of the server in a sense. You take a risk when you betray.

 

Exactly, you're warning people about something, frankly no one even cares about but you.

 

Guys keep it all clean.
If you think he abused, just PM Lord_Roke or any other mod/Smod.
Don't post unnessesary public threads, it won't help you with any problem.

I didn't say that it was against the rules. I just think that there are better ways to go about this situation. I'm more upset at the repetition of this. I would prefer if people would just get revenge ingame, as it is expected. However, I do think that this thread could get out of hand.

 

When they start trash talking or swearing yeah. But I think we should stop this conversation because otherwise it's going to turn out in a fight or we are gone repeat what we said the whole time.

 

I'm sure there are. Revenge sucks, but then again, so does betraying. I personally wouldn't expect any mercy from someone I betrayed. Quite honestly, I'm surprised that this thread wasn't a massive hate and flame thread accusing you of abusing your power.

Understandably, one might think that it would all be kept in-game. However, that is not what history has shown. This isn't the first thread of its kind. There have been many others. All in all, it's something to be taken into consideration. Unfortunately for those who betray, experience shows that the game goes beyond the servers. The forums is simply another aspect of it.

It could, but it hasn't yet.

Thankfully, threads can not be locked for impending flame.

I never abused my rank... I didn't even have it at the time of this event. Not sure where you are getting this from.
