    If the prefix for the server isn't available, then we don't need anymore mods for that server.

    I think he ment, whenever u're trying to apply in the "Staff Application" center. And you're trying to pick a prefix, but that one prefix you want, ain't there. So that's how you'll be able to see when a mod position isn't avaible anymore.
