    If you're making a PUBLIC application. Then make sure you have a PUBLIC reputation. Not some secret black hood organization. It sounds like you want nothing than to abuse your PUBLIC speaking rights in an attempt to host a private organization. Which, is perfectly legal. But... in what manner were you hoping to acquire anyone, if you don't even express yourself? Or what you're looking for. Its really a sad submission. Atleast manage some minuscule details.

    I am Sorry everyone, for my Rage. I didnt intend for this to end teh way it did, and i posted the thread on short notice, without any real preperation. Please excuse me for what i have said, and for the staff member, i am sorry for my public temper tantrum. It will not happen again, i assure you.
