My Thoughts On Optifine

    I've gotten tired of being able to only play War for an hour since Minecraft lags unless it's on my high performance power plan (I use a laptop). On my balanced power plan I get 20-30 fps on average and although playable and gives me better battery life, gungames and ffa become very laggy.

    Today, I decided enough is enough so I downloaded Optifine (its allowed on Brawl). All I have to say is: How did I not download this before? My fps skyrocketed from 20-30 to 120! Of course, you can't see the difference since the refresh rate of my monitor is 60hz. But now gungame and ffa have become much more enjoyable for me since they no longer lag.

    I didn't find the zoom all too useful, since when zooming since it slides all over the place, but it's ok I guess.

    Optifine is really cool and I'm glad I got it :smile:

    EDIT: After reading this it kind of sounds like an optifine commercial or something like that...

    Thanks for telling me how much of a difference it makes! Im going to download it, rn 0-15 fps.

    The zoom is very useful you just need to learn how to use it correctly. Usually I use it to read names at a distance.
