/support command

I think that something like this would be an amazing addition to Brawl, but it should have a function where you do /support war and a War Mod will be alerted because they are the ones that specialise in that server.

 

It could help, but mods don't even go to the servers whenever you do /report. So what's the point?

 

This would be a good addition if the staff really came, if you or I need support.
But like what buddy said,what is the point of this. When staff doesn't appear when you do report/support. Its in my eye's a waste of time for the coders to make it,and to implement it.

 

but they don't do it in my oppinion. I have reported so many people with the command itself, but they NEVER EVER come onto the server. I have also heard/read staff(not naming names) saying they're to tired to kick a person.

This is the same reason as that of Buddy. And its also a reason why my post is so critically. In the past I've used the report function several times. And yes how did you guess it? Nobody came. Give me 1 reason, why would this work then.

 

(As I'm not trying to get this into a flame thread) As English isn't my first language is actually the problem. We do get English lessons here in Belgium, BUT I hardly know the difference whenever I need to use them. So it is actually a grammar mistake.

I was not going to name staff in this but @TheEliteBanshee, as I was in war yesterday, there was a person spamming and using some negative info to others. But Banshee was on and he did nothing at all. I messaged him and he told me that he was too tired.

Are you getting what I'm trying to say? Most new Junior mods don't actually meet the requirements to be a mod or not. Recently I said on Halo's resignation that Brawl will need more Jmods to be the same as one Global mod.

 

I actually think this way could help quite a bit. For example, they need help with something, or they just need overall assistance.

Just one thing: I do believe this will be our second priority; meaning, if a report and a support come up, we'd go to the report first, and then see if we can come to the support.

Another thing we could do is have JMods be in charge of support and some reports. For example, JMods can't do hacker reports as fast as mods, who can /poof and /ban while JMods have to find the player, watch them, record, gather proof, and tempban. You then have to report it, then you're set! But if it's something like spamming or advertising, or anything involving chat, we can just snapshot, report, and done! (Sometimes not even that) We can handle the supports because many mods are busy getting hackers and rule breakers.

You took what I said completely wrong -_-. I said that I didn't notice since I was tired. I wasn't really paying much attention to the chat so I didn't notice it. Then I said that I would pay more attention to what was happening but the person had stopped so I thought that it had ended.

 

/support [gamemode: global, ctf, war , warz , party, build (etc..)] [question/help support thingy]

Maybe have a timer of like 5 mins on it so it doesn't get spammed.
