Should i just get a new account?

    If you guys heard, my account was haxored (I know, it's sad, plz don't cry) and im thinking about abandoning my old account and getting a new one. There's too much work to get proof of the haxor, and im just way too busy to spend the time on it. Should I get one or naw? I'll have to restart from lvl 52 back to lvl 1, but it's woth it right?

    And im pretty good at noob guns, I usually used l188a on a regular basis so getting kills would be no problem.

    And he got my security questions. I made them too ez....

    (EDIT) Mojang wasn't very helpful with this matter, so im just going to make a new account. Im not telling what my account name will be and I won't talk in chat cuz the last time I did... Well we know how that went :v. So yeah case closed

    When you bought your account you should have received an email, from Mojang, after your purchase.
    Inside the email should be your payment info, etc. Then, search for your transaction id in the email. You can contact Mojang and give them your TID they should be able to recover your account.

    It doesn't take much time to recover your account... I think it's worth the time to recover your account, but you do you. How did the hacker get your account information in the first place?

    he done figured out my security question passwords... I gave them away on accident.................
    but like, i got this account about 4-5 years ago, i doubt my dad would have saved it

    Im kind of stupid and accidently told him my security question passwords and stuff...

    Try to contact Mojang and tell them that you're account got hacked, they will ask you questions like:
    -When did you create the account.
    -What are your secret questions
    -etc.
    If you answer some of them correctly, I'm sure that they'll change the password and the secret questions and for sure they will tell you the new one.
