    » HARDCORE GAMES UPDATE «
    There has been a slight rule change...
    The previous revision allowing for multiple victors
    from the same team has been revoked...
    Only one tribute may be crowned!

    Attention, attention tributes! The rules have indeed been changed: there may be only one winner! See below for more information. Apart that, I'd like to point out the fact that I spent the last week rewriting the central classes of the code (background changes) to make it better and more consistent. You will most likely not notice a difference in-game, but for me, it simplifies things a lot when expanding the code.

    » Team Deathmatch
    - If a team manages to kill everyone, and only them are left, the team deathmatch will start. All team members will be healed and will be given 30 seconds of invincibility to re-organize and prepare for the fight. A countdown will automatically start and the remaining players will be shown on the side of the screen.

    » Team Friendly Fire
    - Removed /team ff. Friendly fire is now always enabled; be careful not to hit your teammates!

    » New Kit GUI
    - Re-designed the kit selection GUI. Disabled selection of Challenge kits while they are being reworked.

    » Start Timer Lowered
    - As soon as a server reaches 10 players during pre-game, the start timer is reduced to 5 minutes. I am aware of the fact that in some times of the day it's rare to reach this amount of players, and am planning on adding other measures to minimize waiting time.

    » Kit Changes

    • Lifeline: fixed healing effect when logging out
    • Digger: added item description & fixed cooldown effect
    • Spectre: activation item is now custom & better cooldown effect
    • Spectre, Shapeshifter & Spirit: nametags no longer show when invisible!
    • Hermit: players are teleported back to spawn when switching away from Hermit.

    Team deathmatch sounds like a cool feature (though I never really end up teaming). Also another thing to note is the timer is lowered whenever it reaches a certain amount of players (10 I believe). Anyways, nice work Totom.

    I haven't made up a complete list of things to do as I have mainly small and short-term objectives on my lists. However, on the top of my head, here's what I can remember:
    1. The stats: they are currently not tracked/saved.
    2. Rework of the challenge kits system: they are pretty useless currently.
    3. Fix all the kit-related bugs: many are broken and/or disabled, which is really not something I'd want to present in an official version of HG.
    4. Changes to (mini-)feasts
    I don't want to change the game too much and will try to keep the McPVP feel rather than making it a modern Mineplex-styled mini-game. In any case I don't think it would even need such a thing, as HG is a gamemode that just doesn't get old.
