Server Idea: Mail

So we all know about /msg, but you can only see those while you are on. What if we were allowed to post /msg's, and people could see them when they come on. I am a sole CTF player, so if i get some of this wrong just tell me, im just making up random scenarios.

You: Man, I really wish I could tell [Insert Player Name] about that cool new archer spot on [Insert Map Name]. But oh boy, its a shame I can't leave a message for them to see when they arrive. Gosh darn. Oh wait, Brawl just introduced a brand new mail system. Wow.
Previously Mentioned Player: By gosh, this new archer spot is great. Thanks [Your Name] for telling me this. I am amazed at how cool and fun brawl is because of this mail system. I'm going to play this server forever.

You: Dang, this MP-132-Mk2-371 is so OP. Gosh darn, I wish I could tell [Insert Noob Who Plays War] to buy it before getting the AK-126728-P6123. Too bad. But wait, there is the new brawl mail system.
Previously Mentioned Player: Wow, this MP-231-Mk-713 is so much more op then the Ak-23325-P7152, thanks [Your Name] for telling me. Because of this new system, I am donating 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 dollars to brawl.

To prevent being sprung by messages when you join game, you open them 1 by 1. /mail read, /mail read, ect. The send command would be /mail send [player name] message, but for the sake of saving space, /ms [player name] message ).

Now that we see the effectiveness of this system from my two situations, and the fact that this is a five second code, how about we see some +1's and an addition from the code team!
