Idea Paintballer Map

For what gamemode/gamemodes whas this map created for?

 

The Party game called Paintballer.

Looks nice from what I see. It's definitely better then what we have now. I like all of the colors, and I think it'll fit perfectly with the mini game.

 

I can't wait to play on this!! I love all the structures you made. They all seem to fit in with the theme(they don't seem random.)

Some suggestions: Repalce the glass with Barrier bc you'd be able to see the objects in the room better. I really like the color puddles on the ground but not the ground itself , it has too much contrast and looking at it for a while made my eyes (really) hurt. Use the Minecraft bucket texture as pattern for the ones in the room so it's (imo) easier to recognize them as paint buckets. Make the objects bigger in general.

Overall the idea is great but needs a bit more work to it.

 

You will be mostly looking at the colors that appear in the game. So you eyes will be fine.

 

Usually when I'm playing this game I just run around because I'm too lazy to match the colors. So, I would definitely like to see a well-made map that is appealing to the eye.

I would suggest adding a top to this map, because this doesn't look much different from the current map (all quartz). If you choose to do this, don't just make it a simple glass structure. An intricate roof that uses a variety of blocks would look really nice in my opinion.

The glass surrounding the arena doesn't look very appealing either. Make something that goes along with the roof that I suggested. Right now it just looks like a couple pixel art builds on a slab of 2 different blocks. While on the topic of pixel art, I don't really see the point of some of them. Also, I can't even tell what some of them are. All in all with these, I just don't see the point of them there. If you there was to be pixel art, I would like to see stuff that I can actually make out and understand what it is and why it's there.

The map y'all made is a good start, it just needs to be worked on a bit.

This map's concept is quite nice, but there are a lot of room for improvement. First of all, the detailing isn't really on mark. There isn't much depth to your pixel art and the floor follows a simple pattern of black and white. Furthermore, the rainbow pixelart looks really off. Try practicing arches and spawn a few spheres to see how it formats. You're all on the right track, so don't be discouraged and work on what I stated above.

The map wasn't supposed to be limited to a wall of wool `-`

 

Its a wall of wool at first then goes to that purple color thing block.

 

nice work I don't play party, so I can't judge much.

 

The wall is a bit boring -- I suggest you add more pixelart.
As for the roof, I believe it could follow the roygbiv coloring a bit better.
