Not very usefull post, but I guess it lets people think.
Bad people can be reported here. Take screenshots or report to proof that this player is insulting.
Do /report ingame for the online staff to help.
PM a staff members or another member about it...

While this is a good effort to make awareness for bullying on brawl, this won't solve problems for servers like war and WarZ, as the are very competitive. People just literally can't stop being mean since there is always a reason for them to be.

Only thread creators can request lock. If you feel that should happen, just report the thread itself.

I see where you're coming from on this, I of course do not condone any sort of bullying so I think people should start being nice in this community, but I don't know if it's ever going to happen. Some people can just be assholes and have no sympathy for others and just constantly disrespect others who have done nothing. I don't agree with cyberbullying, and never will. It needs to stop, but this will not solve the issue.

 

Nice post, this will get people thinking on how to be helpful and friendly.

The name for my Disassembler is Kindness....I literally kill people with kindness and then nuke on them.

You know whats sad, is a simple jesture of kindness is met with disrespect, and negativity. The comment was not IMO meant to MAKE anyone be NICE, but rather think about it. I agree one of the things i feel has been lost in game, and forums is fun. Its suppose to be fun, even competitve gamemodes should be a fun way to just play a game with friends. Instead of judgement, negativity, "you don't have what is takes," criticism before props. Something called sportsmanship, applies in any form. My gramps is old school, but he taught me to always tip my hat out of respect win or lose. Bad attitudes, and bullying are real and turned a blind eye. Make all the remarks you want it just takes a few words to make someone have a good day.

I don't believe its meant to stop it. However, if people like you can say what you just did, someone else being the underdog may feel like there is some who gets it. This was a hey, a lot of bad is happening in the world, can we do we need to have it here as well. Just say something nice. Like, thanks for getting the direction of the comments, appreciate your support.

This is exactly the type of comment the continues negativity. Why post what you said when it serves no purpose but to deflate. Comparing ISIS to Brawl really.

Again, to ask people to be nice should be locked. Lord Roke i know you see all, and i hope you see the positive intentions. Its okay to say hey, appreciate what you do, have a good day. Not hard but seems like its easier to complain non-stop

 

Metaphor or not, which I understand fully you intentions m8, it was and is one in poor judgement. This is a game that can effect people through negativity and bullying. The intent of the post never stated brawl should stop ALL negativity and kick the community from existence. Don't be so loose with your metaphor to compare something that is aimed against all humanity and a game. A game where short minded and self centered folk like to smack down any positivity in community forum because they can.

I wouldn't say that's a very inaccurate comparison.

 

One is a serious threat to innocent lives ones a game the people play for "fun" and most times grow out of playing. Then, they move on to life like many awesome players who have left have done recently.

Kindness is so important. If anyone is being cyber bullied on Brawl I erge them to report the player to the administration. It's not ok.
