Accepted Heroui's McParty J-MOD Application

Brawl Junior Moderator Application:
On this application I tried to resolve my problem I first had on my McParty Application. I have been helpful in game, and on the forums. So I'll see if this application has improved

Have you read over this thread? - Yes I have read over the thread multiple times, and I know the requirements to become J-MOD.

What is your in-game name? - My in-game name is Heroui
Have you changed your name in the past? If you have, please list them. - I have changed my names multiple times : https://namemc.com/s?Heroui I do not plan on changing my name any time soon.
Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account? - No body, but me has access to my Minecraft account.

How old are you? - Right now I am 13 years old. I was born on May 28, 2002.
What time zone are you in? - My time zone is Central Time (CST)
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I can fluently speak English, I have trouble speaking anymore than English. I am still on and off on the Korean/Japanese languages. Still studying them when I have the time.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I started playing Minecraft at September 8, 2013. At first I didnt know anything about multi-playing servers. I understand what Minecraft is all about. I, one day was browsing Planetminecraft.com, and came across a server called Brawl.com. I got the ip and started to play the server. This was the first server I have ever started was Minecraft Party. It was really cool how all the mimigames worked. For a while I started to look at the words that came across the screen (Where chat is) Then I saw purchase VIP. So I went and asked my dad to buy me VIP. I thought it was pretty cool. After for a while the sever went down for a while, so I told all my friends about it. I played more gamemodes, but I did not feel the fun in any of the games, or just basic creativity. Once the server came back to green, I asked a Admin if I could buy VIP and MVP at the same time. He said ''Why would you want to do that?'' I wanted to buy MVP, because I wanted to look like a boss. Once I saw a Moderator I was stunned how they could act mature, and help other people on brawl. I wanted to be like that, so I bought MVP to look like a mod, and help people. (That might be silly) Over the time I saw these kind of kids that would rage when they lost a game. I tried to calm them down, and cheer them on. But it got out of control. So I stepped up my game in helping players. I loved the way I made people feel when I helped them. It made me feel like I was a hero. So I changed my name to Heroui. Now when I look at my name, I can see the person I am. I play WarZ when I feel like there is no where I can help at the moment. WarZ is my side game. But I will be sticking with Party. I have played hunger games too, it was really fun. I was sad when I saw it go. I help people rather than just in McParty, so I won't leave that out.
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I have little experience moderating a Minecraft server, but I have been around long enough to watch my friends in game when they are at work. I have watch my friend @supercraft002 Moderate his own world, while he was making a game. I did not get the commands, and how that all worked out. But I have been browsing on brawl, and ran across some applications talking about the commands, and how they work. I understood imminently how it all works, and I have asked the friends (They are Mods) how they do that commands.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I will continue helping players with the minigames. I will aslo will watch out for hackers, 18+ Content, Flaming, and disapproval behavior. I tell myself party is suppose to be a fun and happy server. So I will keep it that way. Also there is only two McParty Moderators, this makes me even more determined to help out with the troubles. As some of my friends know I am always online. If @compositions or @_Featherpaw_ is not there to assist the problem I will be there to help.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes, I have downloaded a hacked client. I do understand the unfair advantages, I have uninstalled it, and I have never used it on any brawl servers, nor I intend to.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have never been banned from this server or any other server.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength is when I have settled a argument, stopped flaming, and etc. I find this my strength, because I tend to upset a lot of people on McParty just because im MVP, I act mature as I can to settle the problem, when we both understand each other it makes me feel like I have accomplished something.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness is Ts3 I tend to stay quiet for a while to understand what people are talking about. Also my friends on Brawl invite me on ts3 sometimes, and when they leave I feel there is nothing else to talk about to anyone, so I get all shy and leave the channel, when people have joined.

How active do you consider yourself on Brawl? - I consider myself active. I am told by this by my friends, and family (On how long I get on brawl). I get online everyday, and I get offline at 10:00P.m. every night. I am always on McParty, and I help everyday regularly.
Which Brawl servers are you most active on? - Im active on Party, WarZ, and Build.
How many hours can you provide a day and during what time frame? - I get home from school at 3:40 p.m. So I can provide 7 hours a day. Yes, seven hours a day, because I stay home all the time, and never do anything else.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule in-game? - If the player is..
Glitching : I will tell them glitching in-game is an unfair advantage to other players, I will also say if you abuse the glitch you can get banned for such behavior. If they do not listen and do the glitch again I will kick them. The time is according to if the come back, and do it again I will increase the time.

Spamming : If I saw anyone spamming I will warn them please don't spam. If he/she continues to spam I would mute them. If the do it again I will kick them for a good amount of time.

Hacking : If multiple players said (So and so) was hacking I will pay a close attention to him/her, if I see they are really hacking I will kick them up to an hour, and alert a High Moderator, I will show them proof that I had recorded.

Bad language : If i caught someone using bad language towards a player or just regularly I will private message him/her to don't use that kind of language, or I'll just come right out and tell him/her to stop, if the continue I will mute the player for the right amount of time. If I caught a player using racist Slurs I would private message that player not to say such things, or just go ahead and tell him/her, if the player continues I will mute the player for the right amount of time.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on the forums? - If I saw Flaming,Spamming,grave digging, 18+ content, and off topic I will :

Off-Topic : If someone posted something off topic I will delete that post and Private message that person why his/her post was deleted.

18+ Content : If I saw someone post something 18+ I would immediately lock the thread or delete the post. Then I would tell a Higher Moderator about what happened, then private message the person why his/her thread was locked or post was deleted.

Grave Digging : If someone posted on a thread 30+ days old, and the conversation couldn't be continued I will lock the thread, then tell the person that what they have posted was grave digging a 30+ day old thread.

Flaming : If a flame war began I would tell them to get back on topic and stop the flaming. If they would not listen, and continue I would lock the thread.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on TS3? - If someone had a different name then their name, like Inappropriate names I will tell him/her to change the name. If he/she does not listen nor do what I have told I will move them to the rule channel, if they do not listen the second time I will have to kick them.

If a person had back ground noise, and its hard to understand what anyone is saying I would tell them to use push to talk.

When someone starts flaming I will try to calm him/her down, and tell them to chill. Then tell them If continue I will have to kick them from ts3

If someone's profile pic was inappropriate I will ask them to change it or get kicked from ts3.

Situation (as a staff member): You log on Brawl, and you’re told that there is a huge, game-breaking economy glitch. No Admins are online to solve the situation. What steps would you take to handle the issue? - If there was an economy game breaking glitch I would tell players there's a glitch you should not preform. Then If people use the glitch I will tell them that it is ban-able, and will be kicked. If someone uses the glitch I will kick them up to an hour. If I see them continue, and the problem is not fixed I will have to ban, in till I can resettle the problem. I will alert a staff member on team speak, because it is faster. I will tell everyone to stay calm and everything will just fine, if don't abuse the glitch, and that a high staff member is looking into it. I will keep track of players trying to abuse the glitch.

Do you generally know how all the staff member commands work? - Yes, I know how the commands work. Such as
/mute, /unmute /kick /prune, and etc.
