Brawl Junior Moderator Application:
Before I begin, I'd like to state a few things. Starting this all off, I'd like to recognize my previous application. My last app, back in June, was very close to acceptance, but was denied due to lack of TS activity. Since then, I strongly feel that my activity in that field has grown, and it's my time yet again. The other thing I'd like to address is my application itself. Personally, I was very fond of certain aspects of my previous app, and I've already gotten permission from Cuddled to recycle fragments from my last application.

What is your in-game name? - My current IGN is Snail_5_.
Have you changed your name in the past? If you have, please list them. - No, I've never had a name change.
Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account? - Nobody but myself has access to my account, and I plan to keep it that way for future reference.

How old are you? - I'm currently 14 years of age, born September 17, 2001.
What time zone are you in? - Central Standard (CTS) I live in Houston Texas.
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - No, unfortunately not. I'm only able to speak 1 language, that being English. However, I'm very proper with how I speak, and tend to use proper grammar, punctuation, and capitalization.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -I've been playing Minecraft (PC Edition) for over 3 years now. Back in early 2012 and all throughout the summer, all of my friends were trying to get me into this game. I was reluctant about it, but finally gave in. I started off on just the classic free version, where one of my friends and I found one of the most popular Classic servers. We dedicated hours among hours, and worked our way into a staff position. Said friend had always ended up taking breaks to go play the full game, which really intrigued me. Finally, for my Birthday, I got full access, and learned the basics of Vanilla, until I was introduced to Mc-Warfare by another good friend. After I'd play a bit of War, I'd go and try and remember all the crafting recipes and whatnot on a singleplayer world. Slowly and slowly War became my main reason to play Minecraft as my knowledge base for the game grew with it, along with many of the other Brawl servers, such as WarZ and Survival PvP. Nowadays, 99% of my time spent on the game is dedicated to the Brawl community.
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - Throughout my days, I've been a staff member on a couple servers, aswell as own one. One of the servers I was in Moderation of was a classic server, known as Ricky's ProCraft. This was amongst the most popular Classical Minecraft servers, and I found myself taking action against rule breakers there for a good while. After the shutting down of Classic Minecraft, and me getting full access to the game, I made my way to through a few servers, one under the name of Drageon Craft, where I started off just by simply helping the owner out with a few things, to completely helping Moderate and run his server. Later on, when I came to having my own server, I learned quite a few things about them, and how to handle players, which lead to me helping many other server owners in need, and gaining a staff position on their server. In general, I know how to take action, and what to do, and what not to do.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - If I am granted Moderator status, I'll due my very best to ensure any player breaking rules, such as Spamming, Glitching, Hacking, etc. be punished appropriately, and ensure that any user with a question or request shall be answered or completed. I'll put forth all I've got. The community of Brawl means a lot to me, and I'll give it my all to keep it healthy and clean.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes, unfortunately, I have. Like many others, I went through that stage where you were "cool" if you hacked. Though never doing it on Brawl, I hacked for about a year throughout the Minecraft community. Though this may seem like a major downside, it has fortunately allowed me to understand and acknowledge hacked clients. Most of the time, I'm able to depict when someone is hacking.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - Yes, I have. One of those servers, being Brawl. Early 2013, when I was still fairly new to Minecraft, I was showed a Minimap mod (Zan's Minimap to be exact) and decided to play with it on Brawl, not knowing the consequences. Long story short, while reporting another player, I got myself banned. This happened in early 2013, and at the end of August 2013, my ban appeal was accepted.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength is my ability to reply usually on-spot. I try my best answer any questions asked in the chat as fast as possible, even if it halts my gameplay. I've even had online staff mention my fast replies. My inspiration for this comes from when I was in the same situation, and never got any answers.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - Not being in public channels on the TeamSpeak server. I constantly find myself on the TeamSpeak server either in the Lobby, AFK, or a public channel. Though I try to get out there as much as possible, it doesn't always happen. This is something I've been trying to improve on, and I feel has gotten better.

How active do you consider yourself on Brawl? - I'd consider my activity on Brawl to be excessive, and striving. I'm constantly on, spending much time on War. Brawl is where I can find a lot of enjoyment and self peace, therefore, I tend to come on often.
Which Brawl servers are you most active on? - My most active server would have to be War. I spend countless hours daily on it, and it can be proven by my stats. Whenever I'm not on War, I tend to find myself skimming throughout either SurvivalPvP, WarZ, or Party.

How many hours can you provide a day and during what time frame? - I'm on Brawl a minimal of 4 hours on a regular basis, disregarding occasional events that may pop up. I tend to play in the mornings on the weekend before I go anywhere, and if doing nothing that day, play throughout the whole day. Otherwise, I'm on regularly 8-12 Pm at night.

What would you do if someone breaks a rule in-game? - [Situation 1: OOM] First Offense: Politely warn the player, and ask of them not to do again. Second Offense: Give the player a last warning, and explain the consequences if it continues. Third Offense: Kick the player from the server, and announce in chat the reason of the kick. Fourth Offense: If the player still continues to break the rules after the third time, kick for 1 hour, and contact a staff of higher position if needed.
[Situation 2: Hacking] Be sure to record the misdemeanor that the player has done, and kick the player for an hour. Upon knocking the player off the server, I'd immediately contact higher staff through either /report, TeamSpeak if needed, or friends list.
[Situation 3: Chat Related] First Offense: Politely ask the player to stop spamming, flaming, etc. Second Offense: Firmly tell the user this is their last warning, and to stop. Third Offense: Mute the player for 5-10 minutes, and explain the reason they were muted. Fourth offense: Should they continue after the mute wears off, mute them for the necessary time being.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on the forums? - [Situation 1: Flaming] If a flame war broke out between players on a thread, Warn both players, and lock the thread. [Situation 2: Inappropriate Thread] In this case, lock the thread, and immediately contact a staff of higher authority to issue a ban for the user's forums account.
What would you do if someone breaks a rule on TS3? - [Situation 1: Echo] Kindly tell the user that they have an echo, and ask them to go on Push-To-Talk. If they don't comply, I'd force Push-To-Talk. [Situation 2 - Mic Spam/Music in Pubic Channel/Trolling] Ask the user to stop Mic Spamming/Stop playing music, and if they don't take action, mute the user, or kick them from the channel. [Situation 3: Inappropriate Links] Set the user as Chat-Muted group, and let them know what they did wrong, issue a ban if needed.

Situation (as a staff member): You log on Brawl, and you’re told that there is a huge, game-breaking economy glitch. No Admins are online to solve the situation. What steps would you take to handle the issue? - My first reaction would be to join that server, and announce that abusing the glitch will have consequences, and not to do it. After my announcement, I'd contact a higher staff member either through Skype, TeamSpeak, or Slack. While contacting a higher staff, I'd be sure to Kick anyone abusing said glitch, and ensure nobody is playing unfairly.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - I've made a total of 6 applications, dating back to 2013. Yes, this is a high number, however, many of these were careless and not thought out. My maturity has grown greatly since, and since my last application, I feel the content has much improved.

Do you generally know how all the staff member commands work? - Yes, I understand that if I were provided with the Trial-Moderator Rank, I'd receive the /kick name time reason /mute user time reason & /fp map_gamemode commands, and the responsibility of these.

Anything else we should know about you? - I'd just like to state that I'm interested in this position not for the fame, but for the privilege. I care very much about the Brawl community, for it's quite a bit of my childhood.

Though I was unaware of this, I have a clear assumption as to what it may be. A while ago, I made a pointless response to a thread, which was simply that I agreed to what a user said in the comments, and I simply quoted him, and put an up arrow towards it.
